“The workers in there, when I visited today, were really friendly and upbeat, in particular, the woman whose name I’m afraid I can’t spell at this moment. She helped me quickly with getting my phone upgraded to an IPhone 17 Pro Max. She kept checking in on me to make sure the iCloud was downloading correctly. Unfortunately, at no fault of theirs, I had to finish my iCloud transfer at home due to having perishable food in the car, which was fine since the SIM card had already transferred over.”

“I was referred to Dr. Nami by a well regarded immunologist. When I contacted the office, I was scheduled promptly. I have a very unusual set of issues that has stumped doctors for years. He was open-minded, curious, and thorough. He uses a better-than-average lab and had a lab staffer on site, an important distinction. He did a thorough set of labs and reviewed them with me. He recommended supplements (not solely), an approach that has been effective. Two important notes: he was candid about the results and he said "Treat the patient, not the number." That last one is really unusual in my experience. The office management is not as good as it should be and the office itself is modest. I appreciate that he treats a wide range of the community and speaks multiple languages.”
“We recently moved from Texas to North Carolina. In Texas and many other states, customers are not required to wait in lines like this. The usual wait time there is about 2–3 minutes.
My name was displayed on the screen for two hours(move from 17 to 12) and I was still waiting. When I came back after three hours, my name had disappeared.
Next time, we plan to bring a lunch box and a laptop so we can work inside the store while waiting. Spectrum should consider opening a café or even a small restaurant inside this location, so customers can at least eat and relax while waiting to see a service representative.
This is actually a good place to hang out with friends for three hours without anyone noticing because it is always crowded, and no employees seem to check on waiting customers.

“I just got the new redmagic 11 pro after needing to transfer to it from an iPhone. I had everything set up from the transfer besides a new service plan. I spent WEEKS trying to find a provider that was compatible. Verizon, At@T, cricket, none of them worked. Finally I walk in to this T-Mobile, and this really nice guy( his name mightve been Carlos or Marcus I can't remember sorry) help me set up the new phone. The entire setup process took about 30 minutes or more, and yet he stayed helpful and respectful the whole time. And after it all went through, I finally had my new plan on my new phone, the thing I've been looking for for WEEKS now. Thank you to whoever that employee was and also his manager for making the visit worth it.”
