Nate helped me through several purchases over multiple visits, and his patience and dedication were incredible. He assisted me with upgrading my phone, purchasing two watches for my children, and then took the time to connect everything and work through multiple issues right there in the store.
He spent several hours helping me and never once made me feel rushed. He even let me choose the phone numbers for the new devices, which meant a lot to us. Every time I came in, Nathan was fully present, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right.
Customer service like this is rare. Nate went above and beyond, and Verizon is lucky to have him. He deserves best employee award and a promotion for being so helpful and patient.”

“This place gave me amazing customer service! They were the only place of 5 I called that had the screen for my galaxy s21 in stock. I was quoted a comparable price to all other places I called.
They fixed my sons iPhone 11, in 10 minutes and my phone in a couple of hours. When I picked up the phone, I was informed that my screen was not the issue it was something else and they repaired it for me, and were only charging me labor, $100 less than what I was quoted.
The HONESTY of the shop to tell me this instead of just charging me the quoted amount and just leading me to believe the screen was replaced, is admirable and although I hope I won't have the need to return myself, I will definitely send anyone I know needing repairs, right on over there!”

They did not push accessories, etc. and they explained their prompt answers without my having to ask. There were three representatives there and they assisted me and a couple as a team. “Our family plan switched from Verison to AT&T and my phone was caught in the middle. Just before the holidays, I had no phone, in or out, for days. I work and that is unacceptable. My family members and I spent days on the phone with AT&T and Verison without being able to resolve the issue. I went to the Version store which sent me to an At&T location, which sent me to Apple, which sent me back to AT&T. Finally, my son and I went to the AT&T store on Kings drive on Christmas Eve, and Jayden, the sales manager, worked with us for 4 hours until she resolved the issue. She had to elevate through several sets of managers until she finally got the job done. Verison had not released the number and that created the problem. Yea! and thank you Jayden.”

Finally! After over a month spending hours on the phone on several occasions with technical support, even with tier two level support trying desperately to connect my new Apple Watch to cellular service! I even visited a Verizon store in Matthews NC and my problem wasn’t resolved. So on November 4, 2025 I decided to go to the Verizon store here at 9020 Albemarle Rd. in Charlotte NC without an appointment. I was immediately greeted by Dylan and was assured I would be help as he finished with a customer he was assisting. After a few short minutes, Dylan asked how he could assist me. I spent time providing the problem and history that I’ve had since receiving the Apple Watch. Once I revealed I had spoken to tier two support, both Dylan and Noah who overheard me looked at each other. One of them stated if tier two level support didn’t resolve the issue, we certainly may not be able to. I informed them that I’d like them to try and I wouldn’t hold it against them if they were unsuccessful. Between the two of them, they resolved my issue within a reasonable amount of time. I left this store completely satisfied and with my Apple Watch on cellular service and paired to my iPhone! These two gentlemen are more than deserving for promotion and pay raises!”
