“This place gave me amazing customer service! They were the only place of 5 I called that had the screen for my galaxy s21 in stock. I was quoted a comparable price to all other places I called.
They fixed my sons iPhone 11, in 10 minutes and my phone in a couple of hours. When I picked up the phone, I was informed that my screen was not the issue it was something else and they repaired it for me, and were only charging me labor, $100 less than what I was quoted.
The HONESTY of the shop to tell me this instead of just charging me the quoted amount and just leading me to believe the screen was replaced, is admirable and although I hope I won't have the need to return myself, I will definitely send anyone I know needing repairs, right on over there!”

“This service exceeded any expectations I may have had. My husband has had and used his iPad for several years. He told me that he was not able to charge it any longer. I figured, probably time for a new iPad. On a fluke, I just happen to Google Phone Fix it. And up this business. It is a mobile business, I think the gentleman must’ve been close by. He was at our house within five minutes, My husband walked out to meet the gentleman, (Sam) they met in our driveway, Sam took the iPad into his vehicle.. My husband came back in the house. I got a phone call, in less than five minutes telling me that everything is working perfect now. That was shocking in itself. I met Sam as I walked outside, sure enough the iPad was working perfectly. All this for $50. As we sat in the comfort of our own home for five minutes. I have to say I was pretty blown away. I wish everyone conducted business this way. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Sam was extremely polite, professional articulate, and a true gentleman. Made our day!”

Finally! After over a month spending hours on the phone on several occasions with technical support, even with tier two level support trying desperately to connect my new Apple Watch to cellular service! I even visited a Verizon store in Matthews NC and my problem wasn’t resolved. So on November 4, 2025 I decided to go to the Verizon store here at 9020 Albemarle Rd. in Charlotte NC without an appointment. I was immediately greeted by Dylan and was assured I would be help as he finished with a customer he was assisting. After a few short minutes, Dylan asked how he could assist me. I spent time providing the problem and history that I’ve had since receiving the Apple Watch. Once I revealed I had spoken to tier two support, both Dylan and Noah who overheard me looked at each other. One of them stated if tier two level support didn’t resolve the issue, we certainly may not be able to. I informed them that I’d like them to try and I wouldn’t hold it against them if they were unsuccessful. Between the two of them, they resolved my issue within a reasonable amount of time. I left this store completely satisfied and with my Apple Watch on cellular service and paired to my iPhone! These two gentlemen are more than deserving for promotion and pay raises!”
