“I arrived to this Total Wireless location after a call center representative enrolled me in autopay and accidentally deactivated my phone in the process. This caused me to not have service for THREE DAYS and after speaking to ELEVEN representatives who could not help, I visited a store in hopes someone could. I appreciate the store associate, Danny, for working with the back office team to fix my issue. He even called a second representative when the first seemed unwilling problem solve. Although my phone was still not working when I left the store, Danny did replace the sim card in my device, and I was able to get the phone working properly with the 12th call center representative I spoke to. Nothing beats a fail but a try and I am grateful for Danny's willingness to try.”

“Arrived as soon as they opened, and we were greeted immediately. Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”
“Took a phone in to have a slight repair on it. Something that several people had tried to fix and were unsuccessful. The nice gentleman inside was able to fix it super fast and didn’t charge me anything for it. His store is clean and attractive and he’s a very personable young man. We wish him the very best with his business.”
