“Wow; just wow. What a breath of fresh air these folks are. Absolutely FANTASTIC personal service. Having dealt with many banks over my life, this branch stands head and shoulders above the rest. First of all, when you call the number, you get an actual person, who is located at that branch. My current credit union branches don't actually have phone numbers; it's just the national line, with the annoying prompts, that never lead to where you want them to. On top of that, they are actually helpful here! I called to ask a question on my account, the manager told me she'd check in on it; and BAM! 2 minutes later I get a call, with a solution. Amazing!
Having the piece of mind that if an issue ever arises with any of my accounts, I can call and get an actual person-- who is willing AND able to help--is priceless. I can't say enough good things about them.
It doesn't hurt that they're friendly, local people. They seem to have mastered the balancing act of having all of the features/perks available at large national banks, but with the truly personalized and top notch customer service of a tiny community bank.
TLDR; I've used a bunch of banks in my lifetime; this one is truly different. Amazing. If you have any doubts/questions, just call. 1 minute on the phone and you'll know you'll be taken care of well here.”
