“Chris is a great guy the owner and I know I’m pretty well seeing him many times since I’ve been coming here and I can say he has the best store within a 250 mile radius. The only thing is is he shorthanded that’s why I lowered it to a Star, but his employees could handle a customers a little faster, but he has the cleanest store around”

“Why this FedEx Office has 3.2 stars is a mystery to me. I've been using them for an annual conference since 2023 and they've always done a wonderful job on the banners, posters and marketing materials I've sent them. If I need a custom order, no problem, they take care of it. Today, I couldn't find a lost receipt from a month ago, and with a little information from me, Lisa was able to find the receipt and email it to me. Everyone I've ever interacted with at this location has been kind, helpful and professional.”

“I visited FedEx yesterday in an attempt to intercept a package that was moments away from being delivered to an address I haven't lived at in years. I had ordered a Kate Spade bag, and somewhere between checkout and confirmation, their website decided to take a creative approach to my shipping address. Customer service wasn't able to update it, and neither FedEx chat nor phone support could assist due to the way the package was shipped.
With the clock ticking and my bag already out for delivery, I ended up in a small room at the FedEx hub, borderline panicking but still hopeful. I picked up the phone and explained my situation to Alan, who within minutes-became the hero of this entire story. After asking a few questions, he reached out to the route manager and somehow worked enough magic to have the driver notified to return my package to the station after finishing his route.
Alan explained how busy the drivers were and let me know when I could come back to pick it up. I returned today, and the moment I picked up the receiver, he remembered me immediately. My package had arrived safely, and after verifying my ID, Alan told me to hold tight while he brought it to me. And then, like the legend he is, he rolled up on a golf cart-package in hand, professionalism on full display.
Alan, thank you sincerely for your exceptional service, your patience, and the care vou showed on both davs. I was so excited I almost gave you a big hug, but I decided to keep it classy and professional.
As most other reviews show, FedEx and I haven't always had the smoothest history. But after years of working with customers myself, I've learned you truly get more bees with honey! Some of us could stand to remember that.
