“Phillip from Hanson Overhead Doors came to my house to troubleshoot a problem with the My Q app and my Smart Hub Bluetooth door opener. OH MY GOSH did he ever go above and beyond!!! He worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was, and finally got it all working after at least a couple of hours-included deleting and reinstalling the app, calling Chamberlain Customer Service x 2, and helping me recreate a totally new email and account for the My Q app. There are not enough words to thank Phillip and not enough superlatives to describe his determined customer service!!! Kudos to Phillip!!!! I am tickled that my Q app is functioning again. Thanks again Phillip!”

“This is a really great Ace hardware local business. They have an excellent selection considering the size of the store. The people that work there are caring and do their best to provide excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable and often better than large hardware store chains. This hardware store has become my first go to before heading to the larger hardware stores.”

“Great place. Tools I've gotten from here have been reliable so far. I've only had to replace my drill once. When it broke, it was my fault. I'm considering purchasing a large chunk of the Hercules line of cordless tools. I'm just disappointed because have a tool I really need in the Baur line but not for the Hercules, and there is no adapter for the battery to crossover. So, o may have to buy a Baur battery just for that one tool. That's crazy to me.
