My dog woke up with his eyes swollen shut, and YAH immediately stepped in to help. When I called, they told me I could bring him right in and that the doctors would see him as soon as possible. As soon as we arrived, a vet tech did a thorough assessment and walked through possible causes with me.
There was one appointment available at 11 a.m. with Dr. Bunting. Because my dog has severe separation anxiety, I chose to bring him home to relax and return later. When we came back, I was taken straight into a room with no wait. Dr. Bunting and another associate had already reviewed the morning notes before examining him again and confirming everything with me.
The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, gentle, and genuinely sympathetic to his condition. Their calm, careful handling helped him relax, and their clear communication helped ease my worries too. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team at YAH. Our family thanks you for taking such good care of our boy.

He absolutely loves Natalie and when she’s with him she treats him like her own. She is always punctual and sends messages and photo with every walk. Our dog has multiple health issues and once when Natalie came he had emesis she contacted us right away and we were able to get him to the vet asap. She truly is amazing!

I was very impressed with Blackberry Hill Doodles, as they are not your “run of the mill, backyard” type of breeder. They take special care of their puppies! These puppies are born, bred, and taken care of inside of their home. Blackberry Hill Doodles let me visit Parker, and also sent me pictures and videos of him before we adopted him. The day we picked Parker up, they went over his vet record, educated us about his care, and gave us a care package for him with a health guarantee! Parker has been a wonderful addition to our family!
