“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. “Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”
