As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. “Unfortunately, I upgraded my I-phones on line and had them shipped to my home, instead of buying from this quality AT&T store. The online people told me somethings that were not exactly correct and the manager, Trevon Smith had to explain the truth. He helped me set up my new I-phones and handled the return of the old phones for trade in. His service was superb even though he did not get any commission on the phone purchases and his knowledge was excellent. “I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! “I had previously visited the store to review my options for a new phone. I am not tech savvy but Nimo was patient and so very helpful. When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention. It was amazing to watch him toggle back and forth with each problem with total calm!I totally appreciated all of his help, he explained everything and more with a smile on his face.Nimo should be considered a very valuable asset. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!”
