“I had previously visited the store to review my options for a new phone. I am not tech savvy but Nimo was patient and so very helpful. When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention. It was amazing to watch him toggle back and forth with each problem with total calm!I totally appreciated all of his help, he explained everything and more with a smile on his face.Nimo should be considered a very valuable asset. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!”
