“The North Royalton Verizon store is the best store in town. It's way better than the Verizon corporate stores that are in Parma and Strongsville that I visited but had to wait long waiting times just to see a rep and then had bad service. Both those stores just wanted to sell something to you and get you out of the store. Damien at the North Royalton store was excellent. He took the time to find out what my needs were and then directed me to the phones that would best meet my needs. He also was very knowledgeable with the products Verizon has to offer. I also received the best deal on a new phone then any other store around. That's why I bought my phone at this store. I will highly recommend the North Royalton Verizon store to my family and friends when they are in a need for a new phone. Thank you Damien for the excellent service that you provided me when I was at your store.”

“My Dad and I visited this location to have services corrected and established. Entering the office, I was immediately greeted by MAYA. She was efficient and kind, and warm, and handled every request with diligence. She assisted with every detail concerning updating my Dad’s service, and fixed everything as it pertains to my parents previous service w/Spectrum.I do regret having to leave in a hurry to make another appointment for and w/my Dad, and not completing a service upgrade that she pitched; and that I was highly interested in signing up with her for… Thank you Maya, and forgive me for not returning and finishing with you. ??I recommend this location, and would always visit here for any in office needs, because everyone on the team there were pleasant and well familiar with their company’s products and services!Thank you again Maya!??”

“This location was amazing. As soon as I came in I was greeted and placed in line. Waited 5 minutes to be helped by associate AJ who was so patient. I came to transfer a phone but we had to update. I was there a few hours. When problems occurred no issues were had when we had to call corporate for overrides. Thankful for AJ and the management for assisting with my needs. I'm not a technology girlie so it's very appreciated.”

“I went in to upgrade my iPhone. The employees were really nice and very helpful. I didn't catch the girls name that was helping me but she was very patient and helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. It took forever (lots of crap on my old phone) I left and went to the store really quick and came back and just hung out with the employees until my phone decided it was done haha then she helped me to set my new phone up and made sure it was working before I left. The store gets a lot of people but they were pretty much in and out quickly.”

“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”

“I had zero wait time on a Wednesday at lunch time. Two sales reps greeted me and Layla (I think that's her name) immediately diagnosed the problem with my phone, told me I did NOT need to buy a new phone when I was sure I did, and was very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. I had absolutely a five star experience and when I do need a new phone, I'll be buying it here.”
