“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

There they ignored me until I came to the rep (there were no other customers) and then was told rather rudely that it was an exact change store, no outright purchases were allowed (which I didn't want to do) and the when I asked about trade in credit was told that those deals were no longer in effect (they were and I got them at the Solon store.”
