They ordered parts for it. I had my phone back within a couple days & it looks perfect & works great! I highly recommend Speedy iRepair! “I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”
“We had a very long and quite frustrating day upgrading our phones on 7-15-2024. My son and I just wanted to do a fairly quick upgrade and it turned into 5 hours at the store. I know this sounds bad and it was exhausting, but we had the best rep, Lauren at the Graham road store was amazing!! She felt just as much pain with this as we did, and possibly missed commissions due to the length of time and energy it took to work out our issue! Lauren was amazing, she was calm and collected and did everything she could to make the whole experience good. It was clear that this was hard on her as well because it seemed there was no solution, she was getting flustered by the whole thing and at one point wiped tears! We’ve all been there I know that, so I sent my son across the street to get her a Starbucks gift card! Also something we all need at times! Lauren was incredible and handled the situation great! We’re grateful we had her and not someone rude or rushed or unable to be calm. She was awesome!”

“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“Caleb assisted me when I walked in he greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to AT&T and asked how he could help me. I had to have a phone I received from insurance setup. He did it all within a timely period. My experience was good and he was very professional. He also gave me advice to hold on to my old phone in case something didn’t set up correctly I had reference my old phone and that I have 30 days to return my broken phone. Great job thank you.”

“Lex is the friendliest most helpful cell phone representative I’ve ever experienced since being with Verizon. We went in at the beginning of February to upgrade two phones. There were some issues with the removal of a third line that was transferring out and lex had continuous communication with me throughout the month until my issue was effectively resolved and my account updated how it needed. She went above and beyond her customer service role!”
