“Visited the store to look into switching our carrier from T-Mobile to Verizon. Not only did we switch carriers, we also ended up getting new phones. Aiden took great care of us and transfered all our data from our old phones to the new ones. Aiden was super professional and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend stopping in and talking with him if you're thinking about changing carriers and/or updating your phones.”
“I was very happy with the great customer service here. The person helping me and my boyfriend was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend needed an upgrade from an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the person was kind enough to walk him through every step of the process. He even helped set up his watch for him. “These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

“I’ve been with Atnt for years my experience if that location was one of the best I ever had. I had to use that location because my phone wasn’t working properly because my husband had major surgery done at Cleveland clinic and my phone wasn’t working properly. I should’ve gotten an update nine months ago when I was eligible for it, but I didn’t. Candace made it so easy for me to understand all the new iPhones and was patient with me while there was other customers in the store and she was the only sales tech there she handed herself like a pro. I wish we had a tech like that here in Youngstown/Boardman and knew what they were doing like Candace does thank you so very very much way to go Candace.”

“I came into the store with a complicated issue that had to do with transferring my phone lines to another account without losing promotional credits. I had been previously working with different people NOT associated with this location, and was told false and conflicting information at every turn. This became ongoing and so stressful after some time, but coming into this location, Jehyfi completely turned that around for us.
I am SO happy we had Jehyfi helping us. He worked so hard to make sure this issue got resolved and went above and beyond for us. I can't really say enough good things. It's just so clear that he is genuine, knowledgable, and really cares. 10/10 recommend this location, especially working with Jey.”

“I have purchased my last few phones from this store, over the years, and my phone finally died on me last week, so I went back to the, to get a new one. These guys are great. By the time I got there, that night, it was practically time for them to close up shop and go home. They still took great care of me, they didn't try to rush me, or tell me to come back later, they went the extra mile, and stayed late, and made sure I got a phone and all my stuff transferred over, from, my other phone. They are always professional, they didn't act aggravated because I came in the store late, and I was taking up their time, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they get stuff done. They are really good people, and I really appreciate them helping me get my new phone running. If you are looking to buy a phone and you don't want to get hustled, and have to deal with somebody trying to upsell you, go see them. They are good, genuine people and I highly recommend this store.”

“Burnell provided my dad and myself with a stellar experience overall. His customer service was nonpareil during our transition from our previous provider to Cricket.
Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc). The store was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked. I would definitely recommend this store to any existing or potential Cricket customer.”

My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene!
