“Very nice guy working at the front desk during 2nd shift allowed me to have his spare phone charger. My best friends wouldn't even do that. I wish I had gotten his name, though it's not hard to tell who he is since he is the only one who speaks kindly to you and is younger and friendly. Oh- and he also gave me a bag of his own popcorn. Such a kind and professional young man. As someone who has worked within the industry a time or two, I can confidently say that he definitely has what it takes to be a customer service professional- and not very many do. Thank you so much for making our trip that much better. We will return and recommend The Days Inn by Wyndham in Lakewood. It's the small things.. ? hope you get a promotion someday- you absolutely deserve it.”

“This hotel is what you expect when you pick the Hilton brand. Rooms were spotless. No smoke smells in any areas of the hotel. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms are quiet.

Nice touches such as the app check-in no need to go to the front desk on the way in or check-out. Many elevators so very little wait time.

I was here for a conference. The conference rooms were well appointed. Drink stations were located in multiple locations in the rooms and halls, always kept stocked.

Meals served at multiple lines to make meal service go smoothly and quickly. The meals were all delicious.

Only slight negatives, they started cleaning windows of the main ballroom/conference room with 100s of attendees in attendance and the noise was unbelievable loud and distracting to the presenters. The hotel should have anticipated this and timed the window cleaning between conference events.

The elevators require you to scan room cards or use the digital app to up or down but you have to scan inside the elevator. It was difficult to scan and select a floor before the elevator started to move so missed floors multiple times.

The hotel checked in via text message throughout my stay and answered my responses almost immediately. I felt like they cared that I was there.

Great location to visit Cleveland.

Rooms: The rooms were large, clean, and quiet.

Nearby activities: The Rock and roll Hall of Fame is very close, and the Flats.

Safety: Felt very safe in and around hotel

Walkability: I always use the stairs and they were all very clean, wide, well light, with windows and glow in the dark hand rail and wall markings. Very good attention to safety.

Food and drinks: Amazing, top quality.

Noteworthy details: Staff were super helpful and friendly at all levels.”

“I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at Key Tower for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Briele at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had, making sure to find a solution whenever needed.

The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, nightlife spots, and grocery stores. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa and sauna were especially relaxing after long days. The bar was also a great place to unwind, and the staff there were friendly and attentive.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is truly worth every penny to stay here. The staff greet you like your royalty. The check in process was smooth as silk. We went from the lobby to our room in not time. Now, the room got my blood pumping! Views, views, VIEWS! I’ve never seen this many views of downtown Cleveland. The in room dining was worth the wait, and the wait wasn’t long. We were traveling with our dog, and every staff member greeted him as of he were paying the bill. We loved every minute of the attention. The saddest part of this adventure was leaving, but we will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. Thanks everyone there for their hospitality, professional and courteous way they treated every member of our family (especially our fur baby). ;)”

“Nice budget friendly hotel. Clean rooms and with excellent staff. Right off the freeway. Walmart is directly across the street for easy shopping. Offer bedroom suites with a separate sleeping area. Large bathrooms.

“Came home for a family 'celebration of life.' Lots of feels about it, and a long trip from PHX. Hotel was clean, perfect location for us and comfy - not our first Aloft experience.

I travel frequently around the country and I have NEVER had such a wonderful, hospitable experience like that which Twila provided. Unreasonable Hospitality is the book du jour in the business world and she exemplified it. I felt like a guest in her own home and not just another customer. “We spent a weekend at the Kimpton Schofield and really enjoyed it! The rooms were good size and very clean. The hotel itself is quiet and the front desk staff were very sweet. Valet was super fast (although really pricy). It seems like noisy traffic is pretty constant but that’s to be expected downtown in any city. The only minor complaint that I have is that the rooms don’t have enough lighting at all. It was frustrating when we couldn’t have the curtains open to see.”

“What a great experience at Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport! We had to stay a night by Cleveland Airport and I was nervous. Everything was awesome from Rish checking us in, entering the clean, warm, & spacious room, and dinner at Bob Evan’s. Then a comfy bed and quiet, for 11 hours of sleep. Lisa served us a full breakfast with omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, fresh coffee and fruit, & sooo much more. Then Karish kindly checked us out and confirmed our free shuttle ride to airport. Fresh coffee all day in lobby. We are so happy with our stay. ?”

“We absolutely loved our visit !! We stayed on the main floor. The room was decorated perfectly for the time period. We laughed that the Bumpus house had tons of pictures of the Parker family and not the Bumpuses but that was the only flaw we could find. We talk about the great memories of our stay and we hope to go back. It's worth it to stay!!”

“We stayed here 3/10/26-3/12/26 & stayed in room 230. Ashley checked us in and she was so friendly and we laughed about gnomes and highland cows! The room was great, the bathroom counter wasn’t wiped down but we did it ourself. In the morning we woke up to leave and housekeeping was right by us so we got fresh towels! There was not much noise besides the exit door stairwell, maybe put a self closing door that doesn’t slam and it would be perfect! It was in a great location we even ate at Bob Evans one night since we could walk there! Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The pool wasn’t much with the caution tape but the adult kids were able to swim. Checkout was easy this morning as well. I think the building smelled very clean at all times. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and I would definitely stay again. LOVE all the St Patrick’s decor as well! ☘️”

“Deion at the front desk was amazing, and every staff member I encountered during my stay was just as impressive. I had originally booked a different hotel and was extremely unhappy with it. Tired, frustrated, and arriving late at night, I checked into the Hampton Inn—and immediately, all my travel problems were resolved with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine kindness.

“OMG this is a really cool hotel we stayed here for Morgan wallen and let me tell you this is one of the best motels I’ve stayed in they we’re so nice when I walked in they gave me so much pride and joy they offered free amenities for me being on. “I booked 3 rooms here for family traveling to my sister's funeral. Everything was great! Staff was friendly and helpful to my older family members. The room was clean. Housekeeping staff was attentive and courtesy. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“First off service and people working late shift fantastic and will pick up from the airport when your flight gets canceled at 1am. Room keys were a bit of an issue but was resolved quickly, hotel room was a bit ruff around the edges but for a one night stay it did the job. Would recommend on service alone.”

“My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was thoroughly enjoyable, largely due to the incredible staff who consistently go above and beyond for their guests. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping team; I’d rate the cleanliness a solid 10 out of 10. Denny and Zion, in particular, do a wonderful job and clearly take pride in their work.

The service didn't stop there—Sherry and Sally at the Front Desk were outstanding. They were not only diligent and efficient but also incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. “A 2 night mid week stay. Great center city location. Quiet. Great city and lake views. Front desk staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming.
The hotel hosts large groups for various sports competitions and such, and the facility is showing more wear and tear than I expect at Hilton properties. Broken elevators, missing tiles, damaged paint. On the plus side, spacious rooms, excellent showers, comfortable beds.
The in house restaurant product was a mixture of "pretty good" to "the worst I've ever ĥad". Prices were high.
But as with all things real estate, it all comes down to location, and this property is close to center city and major city arteries.
I would come back...But I would NEVER eat here.”

“I stayed here 4 nights around 1/15/2026-1/19/2026. The room was really good. The bed is comfortable and some of the HBO television was good. My keycard kept not getting the door to unlock and that made smoking outside a little bit bothersome, if the keycard didn't work after smoking, and I had to go to the front desk. The gas station is a 2 minute walk.”
