“Very nice guy working at the front desk during 2nd shift allowed me to have his spare phone charger. My best friends wouldn't even do that. I wish I had gotten his name, though it's not hard to tell who he is since he is the only one who speaks kindly to you and is younger and friendly. Oh- and he also gave me a bag of his own popcorn. Such a kind and professional young man. As someone who has worked within the industry a time or two, I can confidently say that he definitely has what it takes to be a customer service professional- and not very many do. Thank you so much for making our trip that much better. We will return and recommend The Days Inn by Wyndham in Lakewood. It's the small things.. ? hope you get a promotion someday- you absolutely deserve it.”

“Great location for the hotel - across from the courthouse, overlooking the lake! Room was large and comfortable, including a tub. Front desk and bell desk service was amazing - I arrived very early in the day, but the front desk staff person kindly helped get me into a great room by 1pm. Didn't try any of the restaurants on-site, but would like to next time. Will stay again!”

“I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at Key Tower for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Briele at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had, making sure to find a solution whenever needed.
The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, nightlife spots, and grocery stores. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa and sauna were especially relaxing after long days. The bar was also a great place to unwind, and the staff there were friendly and attentive.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“This is easily one of the most stylish and modern hotels I've stayed in! From the moment I walked in, I loved the contemporary design and the attention to detail throughout the property. The atmosphere feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, making it stand out from many traditional hotel experiences.
One of my favorite features was the 24-hour marketplace. It offers a surprisingly wide variety of snacks, drinks, meals, and essentials, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving late, heading out early, or simply craving something at any hour of the day or night.
I also absolutely loved my room. The layout was unique and intelligently designed, giving the space a modern, boutique feel while still being comfortable and functional. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep after a busy day.
Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern style, comfort, and convenience. If you're looking for a hotel with a fresh, contemporary vibe and thoughtful amenities, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“We stayed in the Christmas story house one night and the Bumpus house.The second night. Both were very comfortable. Since they're right next door to each other, it's very easy to get from one to the other.You can still enjoy the night christmas lights on the christmas story house from the bumpus house. They have a really good Rowley inn for drinks and food , right across the street”

“What a great experience at Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport! We had to stay a night by Cleveland Airport and I was nervous. Everything was awesome from Rish checking us in, entering the clean, warm, & spacious room, and dinner at Bob Evan’s. Then a comfy bed and quiet, for 11 hours of sleep. Lisa served us a full breakfast with omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, fresh coffee and fruit, & sooo much more. Then Karish kindly checked us out and confirmed our free shuttle ride to airport. Fresh coffee all day in lobby. We are so happy with our stay. ?”

Safety: It's right off of Pearl road near Whitney road in Strongsville next to Arby's...
Walkability: Well it's close enough to any restaurants you may need as far as McDonald's and Arby's and there's a gas station and Whitney beverage across the street from speedway gas station..
Food and drinks: There's McDonald's Arby's speedway gas station fast food and even Whitney beverage.. all within walking distance...”

“We stayed here 3/10/26-3/12/26 & stayed in room 230. Ashley checked us in and she was so friendly and we laughed about gnomes and highland cows! The room was great, the bathroom counter wasn’t wiped down but we did it ourself. In the morning we woke up to leave and housekeeping was right by us so we got fresh towels! There was not much noise besides the exit door stairwell, maybe put a self closing door that doesn’t slam and it would be perfect! It was in a great location we even ate at Bob Evans one night since we could walk there! Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The pool wasn’t much with the caution tape but the adult kids were able to swim. Checkout was easy this morning as well. I think the building smelled very clean at all times. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and I would definitely stay again. LOVE all the St Patrick’s decor as well! ☘️”
“The rooms are being renovated, as they should be - which is why they got a 3, but the service is top tier.
In comparison with the Hilton down the street, I would say the sheets are better and if you get a room with good AC you'll have a good experience overall. The Hilton's rooms seemed slightly newer but the AC didn't quite cool you off.
The service was great. Dedo and his staff deserve 5 stars all day long! He provides great customer service and promotes the breakfast downstairs.”

“OMG this is a really cool hotel we stayed here for Morgan wallen and let me tell you this is one of the best motels I’ve stayed in they we’re so nice when I walked in they gave me so much pride and joy they offered free amenities for me being on. There best customers the other guest we’re so polite i even went to dinner with all of them they even offered me to live there and have a couple of drinks with them they work super me after I came back from the concert they even treated me like a king and my wife a princess. “I stayed here 4 nights around 1/15/2026-1/19/2026. The room was really good. The bed is comfortable and some of the HBO television was good. My keycard kept not getting the door to unlock and that made smoking outside a little bit bothersome, if the keycard didn't work after smoking, and I had to go to the front desk. The gas station is a 2 minute walk.”

“Older hotel, friendly staff, close to airport. Room was very nice, lobby was nice, open & attractive. Breakfast is $12.95, however, when we booked the room, it included breakfast. I would not even pay $5 for this breakfast, it was nothing better than even a cheap hotel & not as good as McDonald's ( which I don't care for). We were only ones at the breakfast when we arrived & no one else came while we were there.”

“Book 2 nights and did the job. Cheapest hotel/motel I could find in Cleveland. All I look for Is a comfy bed, TV works, and shower works. The room was clean. Only issue is no bath towels, The fan cool the room But not air conditioning, and the hallway floors were dirty.”
