“Excellent customer care !! It’s pouring rain Today and I had to buy bulky and heavy items. The manager was kind enough to walk out in the pouring rain with me to help me bring my items to my car! Above and beyond is appreciated always thought I would shout out!”
“I have been forgetting to write a review. However, I have to say that my transactions at this store haveu always been a pleasure, be it 5mins or more.
They never make you wait. Always polite and amiable. I not only wish to commend their customer service, I would also like to compliment the person in charge of this location. Instilling the correct attitude and values of an Establishment to succeed and uphold its Brand Name.
I say this especially since I have had a very unsavoury experience at another UPS store which honestly took me by surprise since I went in there assuming I would receive similar service as i do at your Store on Cedar Road. I was indeed disappointed to say the least!

“The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!”

“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”
