“I have yet to visit s T-Mobile store and not had my issue resolved. This store is nearest to my home and so is my store of choice. The service has been great as they have dealt with everything from adding or dropping lines to damaged cell phones

Despite Eve’s manager suggesting she move on to new customers that walk in the door, she refused to do such knowing resolution had not yet been reached with our issue at hand.
Eve = 5 Stars
(Very knowledgeable, polite, patient and hardworking. Worked through her lunch break and wouldn’t let me leave store until we both felt we did all we could to resolve issue, ultimately opening an ongoing investigation)
Location = 4 Stars (manager did not resolve issue, insisted staff move on to next customer)
Verizon as a whole = 1 Star
(Verizon corruptly stole $710 in one month; And after 6 months/ 36 hours of time invested on the phone, being passed from store to store, still no resolution!)
