“I was having a horrible time getting my number ported over and nobody would help me. I went to several Verizon stores and they all turned me away until I went to see Jack Santos, who actually gave me the time of day and listened to me and was able to solve my problem which was a complex unique problem that took some time and some effort. I've been dealing with AT&T and Verizon for almost a month now.
I got a new Verizon account and wanted to add my mom on my bill.
Simple and easy fix, right? Nope. After many hours on the phone, between both stores and the customer service has shown me that AT&T doesn't care.
After being with them for almost 10 years they simply wouldn't provide a code to port her number over.
She's in her 70s. She NEEDS to know that she's in good hands. AT&T WILL NEVER GET A PENNY FROM MYSELF OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS EVER AGAIN!
Thank God for the people at Verizon who did care and went above and beyond. She's back to feeling safe and secure again.”
