Stopped in their tech-bar store by Kenwood Mall and got a self install kit, downloaded the eero app, followed a few prompts and like that am up and running. Service was friendly enough and zero in-store wait time.”

And although they were stressed because of the closure due to the weather,they really went above and beyond! I really really really really really really recommend this location and the people there . “Our electricity had been out since the storm on Tuesday. On Thursday, I went to Verizon and requested a favor. I explained the electricity and the phone and iPad were dead and needed charged. I don’t remember who helped me, but I wanted to thank them. They said they never had such a request and wasted no time to help me.
I was able to get the phone to 85% and the iPad to 64.%. I had to leave before 100% charged.
They went above and beyond to help a customer out. Thank you!”
“We had the most incredible experience with Litzy. We had a very complicated problem that we had been dealing with for weeks. We had to come into the store at least four separate times to try to get to the bottom of it. My fiance speaks Spanish and Litzy was able to speak to him with ease. Each time we came in she was patient, kind, and continued to push for a solution until one was found. She even stayed after hours with us to help us get to the bottom of our problem. Finally we were able to get his phone activated and account set up, all thanks to Litzy! We are so grateful for her professionalism, patience and willingness to keep trying. Thank you so much!!”
