“This location crated up an eBay purchase for us. We called Pakmail since they were the closest to the seller we purchased from. Bring hundreds of miles away, communication from this PakMail was easy and efficient. They picked up our large and heavy item from the eBay seller. Andrew and his team packaged everything carefully and secured to a pallet, wrapped it all up to protect it from weather. Really nice job and we are very happy with the experience.”
“My wife had a return to make via prepaid DHL. There aren't a lot of DHL drop off points, so we didn't have many options when we discovered that the Columbus Square DHL was temporarily closed. I stayed in the car, but the woman at the counter was "a ray of sunshine" according to my wife. It's not often a business transaction makes your day better, but that's what happened.”

“I hot take is people want cheap copies/printing and 5 star service. Those desires are at odds. I wanted color prints for an overachieving Flat Stanly project. My spouse made the pdf 90mb. This made self service a no go. The team helped me out, even though things looks bonkers busy.Yes, I had to pay more than just copies; but I got what I wanted and people's time isn't free. Could have saved about 50% had I trusted my gut and shrunk that pdf ahead of time.I think Jay helped me and a managery person was there trying to push through the chaos.”

“Thank you for Lindsey and this post office! After UPS delayed a package and turned it over to USPS, my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time to a little girl for her birthday. Devastated, I called this post office to see what could be done and Lindsey was SO incredibly kind. She personally went to look for the package and once she found it, she called the receiver to pick up. She didn’t have to go out of the way to do this especially during the busiest time of year but she did. I’m so grateful for her. She truly is someone making a difference and the epitome of what customer service should be.”

“I went to this store to pick up a few colored prints I ordered online. When I picked up, I noticed the prints did not come out how I had intended and asked if they had misread my order. Even though it was my mistake because I neglected to save the edits I made to my order before submitting, the employees kindly reprinted for me and showed me and my daughter how to use the paper cutter. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness they showed me. Thank you!”

“Highly recommended! My son went out of state and forgot something. I went to this store to have it shipped to the hotel he is staying at. Two days later the store called to let me know the package got delivered to the hotel. He just wanted to let me know the front desk signed for it. I immediately called my son and he went down to the front desk and got his package. What great customer service! I will never go anywhere else to send packages. This is the only store for me!”
