“We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. Navis was quick to communicate once everything was in OH, and flexible on what dates worked for me to receive at our storage unit. The crew was efficient, clean cut, and friendly, and all of our possessions arrived in good condition. Would use again!”

“Oh my goodness! My experience at the Westerville location was wonderful! Chelsea took care of me immediately, was super accommodating and super friendly, had no trouble completing my project, and had it ready at the appointed time! I will add this about Chelsea… There was an elderly lady who came in to print some copies in the self serve area. This individual was not familiar with how the machines worked and asked for help. Chelsea came out immediately. I was able to overhear the exchange. She was so kind and so patient and so very supportive of this rather lost individual, trying to use technology she was not familiar with. I was very impressed with that! That is truly going the extra mile in customer service! Way to go, Chelsea!”

“The store was very clean, organized and easy to get done what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The renovations really made it easy to get done what I needed. I'd been in there other times picking up packages that were shipped there versus home and everytime it was quick and easy to pick them up. Having a separate counter for pick ups was a great add to the store!”
