Denelle was there to help and they were also very helpful and knowledgable about what they were doing. I highly recommend this store for someone who wants a quick experience without all the hassle of having to wait forever to get an upgrade or some other small issue.”

“Very convenient Location near other stores I frequent on a regular basis. Was a lucky find. It is too bad that the storefront does not face the large plaza area where all the customers are for other stores, because unless you would have a reason to come around to the back of their building, you would not know the store was even there. I highly recommend if extra signage is allowed, to do something on the plaza-facing side of the building much larger than what is currently there. The staff is very knowledgeable and the “in and out” for dealing with them has been very efficient. Much nicer than the long, long waits at some other Verizon locations in the area. Angela, the store manager, deserves an extra gold star for handling several equipment crises that developed for my husband and I back in October when we were literally at her front door with the engine running trying to leave on vacation and make it to a hotel destination 200 miles away on time. She saved the day and the trip!”
“Excellent service by Eternity at the N. Main St. & Tallmadge Ave. Metro Store. We live in Barberton, but when we need to visit a store we go to this location just to be helped by Eternity. My wife & I both needed new phones as our batteries were wearing out. We met Eternity before at this store and told her the models we desired. Eternity went to work locating the phones, contacted us in a couple of days and then called letting us know she was ready. Excellent customer service from Eternity! Highly recommend this employee and this store!! TY Steve & Jan!”

“Whoever's saying bad thing about this place either never been here or is or was on something when they came here . I was treated with the best customer service and Andy helped me transfer my service from that other purple company. I went to a different Boost store and the service was like night and day . Even when you you go to different types of places you don't get this type of help as long as you have patience. This was awesome.”

“Came in to upgrade, and I did not want to be sold anything else. The gentleman respected that, and so I listened to him talk about their other services. Thanks to me opening up, I saved $40 bucks a month by switching my internet to Verizon. The representatives saved me even more money by adding Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, and Disney plus to my account so I could get them at a discounted rate! I didn't realize that Verizon is so much more than phones!”

“I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro.
