“Shelly and a co-worker (who's name I forgot) were great. They had to straighten out complicated issues caused by ATT's 3rd party door to door salesmen. I was very upset when I came to the store because the phone support couldn't figure out the issue but Shelly and her team calmed me down and handled the issue..
UPDATE: ATT HAS HAS THE PHONES IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE GM IS A BIG BABY MAN WHO THINKS ITS FUNNY

When I returned home with my new phone, I realized that I did not have the proper charger. The phone came with a cord but no charger. ? These new phones need new materials! ? I wish this was mentioned when I was at the store.”

“I formerly visited Jamal's establishment when it was situated between Superior and St. Clair on 105 so technically I am a loyal customer Jamals prices have always been fair, and his customer service has always been exceptional. I erroneously thought he hadn't unlocked my phone today because I still couldn’t get in it and requested a refund, but he assured me that he had unlocked it and that Apple had locked my iCloud which was out of his control so due to his extreme professionalism and understanding, I felt obligated to leave a review.”

“I needed a wireless modem whatever you call those things I was moving and shipping wouldn’t give me the timeframe. I needed to get my Internet up so the person I spoke with on chat with T-Mobile said what if we can find one in a store near you I said that would be great, so they found one real close to me. I went in there get it set up. I had to download the app, T-Mobile Internet. However, I couldn’t remember my Apple password somehow it triggered some kind of lock on my phone like it was stolen so I had to come back and an hour. I came back Marcus was who waited on me. He was very very patient very very understanding put up with me showing pictures of my grandson all the time. They found a workaround and I was able to get my T-Mobile Internet set up. All I had to do was plug it in very very good. Customer service can’t think them enough.”

I live in lyndhurst and drive by the south Euclid store( they are horrible don't even answer the phone) just to get stellar service from knowledgeable people who are not to take your money but help you get what you want or need for a reasonable price!
