“Went up here a few weekends ago to get new equipment for my husband and we had a great experience. We were helped by Sam and he was super helpful with measuring, trying out, customizing and finding him the right skate. He also helped us with finding new shoulder pads, elbow protection, and protective pants. He pulled several options which was helpful for determining which felt best! He was pleasant to work with and very helpful which was nice!

Upon cashing out there was also a manager (I think?) that came up and made sure we were taken care of for coming up (from just over the border in NY). This was so appreciated and we had a great experience here! We will definitely be coming back next time he needs more equipment and will be recommending to others!”

They are also a Ski Sales and Rental Shop, they switch to Skis during the Ski Season, making it a year round business. This shop has got to be the best kept secret of Niagara.”

I went to the bigger named shops but can say that had some great deals in powerplay sports and the guy working (didn't get his name) was very friendly and accommodating. By far the best shop I visited for deals and experience.

“This store has all your outdoor needs, it's really big inside and has everything from bbq's, smokers, outdoor cooking, camping needs, clothing, hunting and even toys and activities for kids.

Even if you're not shopping you can go in here just for a stroll, the set up in here is really nice as it has beautiful backdrops set up all around the store. It even has a really big aquarium where you can feed the fish at certain times with a really nice waterfall in the background. It makes you feel like you are really in the great outdoors.”

“Received amazing customer yesterday when visiting the store.Morgan was beyong helpful when she found out my discounted coupon I had need to price check items to see the various discounts associated as they differed. I felt like I had a personal shopper as she followed me around scanning anything of interest to reveal the discounted price. Without hestitaion or a hint of annoyance. In fact she even suggest items that would have a larger discount with certain brands etc.This was beyond helpful and went way out of her way to help.As I was cashing out. The girl at the register, was again amazingly friendly and considerate. After waiting no more than a minute to cash out she aplogized prefusely for the wait. She was also dealing with a few customer inquiries and still being very attentive, and friendly to me, as she was the only one on cash and multi-tasking. They had run out of bags and again apologized and tried to fold my clothes as small as posissble so it was easier to carry. It really made a difference, and totally forgot about the inconvenience. This was actually my first time ever in a New Balance store, so I didn’t know much about their shoes, and I had a lot of questions. “I went to just check out the store to plan my next purchase of soccer boots. I got excellent service from Howard who knew exactly which boot was a for me. They carry Nike, Adidas, and Puma from what I recall. They also had socks, shin guards and supports. They also had a large collection of team and country shirts, merchandise and a good variety of quality balls. If you're in the market for anything soccer, go give them a visit!”
