12186 SW Scholls Ferry Rd, TigardNew to the area but not to Mud Bay! This was Quasar’s first time in the Tigard store and the employees made her feel so welcome. She loved the cart with the pet bed offered to us! This was probably the best introduction to a new pet store we have ever had. We came for her usual wet food and left everything we came for plus three dry food samples for Quasar to try. Highly recommend this location!!

This really helps people like me that cannot afford regular vet prices to vaccinate/protect our precious 4-legged kids. Thank you!! The 5 was because the smell entering the store, not usual. Then I got to thinking, some of those clinic visitors peed or pooped.

We finished the first course with Arianne with our pound rescue one year old chocolate labrador retriever and signed up for the next course. Arianne is an outstanding instructor. I found Amanda early on and she is my go to gal!! She works magic with my senior doggie!!!!— He is clean, happy, and beautiful when I come back to pick him up. She is so careful with him and knows where he aches and takes such good care of him. She trims him exactly as I ask for. Amanda goes the extra mile and cares so much. She alerted me to a growth I didn’t know he had and I was able to get him to the doctor and have it taken care of. She goes out of her way and follows up to make sure he and I are both ok. She went through the death of my other doggie with me and helped me so very much. She provides the sweetest pictures of my doggie… all cute with a seasonal bow or hat. I adore these souvineers so much! Jack always has a cute seasonal scarf on when I pick him up!! . I HIGHLY recommend Fluff’d Grooming and Amanda to anyone looking for a great grooming experience!!! Thank you so much!!

11580 SW 67th Ave, TigardLouise is incredible. She made the last 90 mins of 17 1/2 year old dearly loved cat Murray, truly memorable. She gently shared how the process works and shared the experience alongside our family. Best part, she came armed with cat treats and blankets that made Murray comfortable. He happily devoured her treats even in his late stage cancer condition.
I have nothing but positive feedback and will recommend her to anyone who asks me for input on a best choice to compassionately say goodbye to their pet pal.

Doctor's care matched the same degree of professional excellence. Our dog came out clearly feeling better. Aftercare information and medications were provided. Cost was high but to be expected for emergency care. We drove over and hour to be seen here, and would do it again if necessary.

Amanda and her coworker were absolutely amazing. They walked through all my questions and concerns and had a full report for me about my pooch at the end of his first full day. I love that they don’t use wire crates (have kennels in and out of the play area) and that the dogs get to take breaks so they are over stimulated to keep the floor at a good level of energy. Such a caring group of folks.

I would rate higher if I could the smores coffee she recommended is delightful. I'll recommend this over duch bros and Starbucks any day of the week they just dont compare.
