Their dog section is huge and very interesting to browse. Staff here are always nice and attentive, and will offer to help carry stuff to your car. The best pet product and petcare store in the area.

After reaching out to several groomers, I explained their situation to her, and she immediately wanted to help. She went out of her way to squeeze us into her schedule and make time for them. She did an amazing job with them.

Kindness Family Pet Clinic
2835 19th Avenue Ste 100, Forest GroveWe have been bringing our boxer, Ruger, to Kindness since we got him as a puppy 5 years ago. He’s our 6th boxer and definitely has the most health issues in just his short 5 year life. He’s highly allergic to bees resulting in multiple trips to the emergency vet. He’s had several gastrointestinal infections, kennel cough, random injuries, etc. Each and every time we’ve brought him in to see Dr. Kortyka or Dr. Story, they’ve been great with him. We recently learned he has a mast cell tumor. We arrived with the knowledge that it was highly likely going to be mast cell and I was really nervous and upset. Dr. Story was wonderful and helped ease my mind. She encouraged me to try to hope for the best by assuring us of the positive aspects of the situation (ideal location of tumor and less likely area to spread to vital organs). He goes in for surgery next week and I’m confident he’ll be in excellent hands. Dr. Story was thorough, reassuring, positive and gentle in her approach to caring for our sweet boy as well as my husband and I. We highly recommend Kindness Pet Clinic. Not only their providers, but their support staff as well.

1821 Main Street, Forest GroveForest Grove Sandwich Shop was a pretty nice experience. I got the Italiano sandwich ($10) and another one with ham in it ($10). In my opinion, the one with ham tasted better than the Italiano because the chicken inside was a little dry, and the ham gave it a little more flavor. But overall, both of them were pretty delicious. I would come back and try some other varieties.

1921 21st Avenue, Forest GroveWe arrived at five o’clock and so did everyone else. The wait was short. We were delighted with the menu. We split the best burger we have together ever had. Hands down. Grilled to perfection, delicious bun and amazing fixings. We ordered polenta fries, which we actually inhaled and gasped for more. We shared another dish and chose the soup salad and cornbread. Such a simple meal became a gourmet experience and we savored every single bite. The cornbread is blue corn and comes with honey, the soup was an Asian fusion chicken veggie soup. The salad had a light vinaigrette, with finely sliced cucumbers, peaches, jicama, pears, blueberries, a few tiny tomatoes. No one will leave with leftovers.

Our tuna appetizer was a little more like sushi than grilled today.
