Kellie's Dog House
41596 SW Vandehey Rd, GastonSadie, my Bernedoodle, got the full groom experience. She is 7 years old and this is the best grooming experience she has had! Kellie cares about the dogs and she got Sadie so clean. Her cut was great! I just wish I had found Kellie earlier-we could have avoided so much trauma!

Screamin' Chicken Diner
304 Front St, GastonDrove to haag lake with the family. Wanted to stop by a family diner for some lunch. Fit the bill perfectly. Hand battered faire along with all day long breakfast and basics like burgers. Wish I had tried the fried mushrooms. Maybe next time.

The One Horse Tavern
300 Front St, GastonEnjoyable time, the fish tacos are delicious and I’d drive over an hr to eat them again and again.
The food is too notch, the staff are funny, some are witty, charming, and others just banter with you if you enjoy small talk.
Prices are fair and reasonable. The decor around the place is good to start conversations about.
Poker is closed off so you don’t hear a bunch of button pressing feens. The back patio is partly covered so you do t have to bake in the sun, or get rained on if you like the sound of rain drops while adulting.
Strongly suggest getting out of the car and saddlen’ up at the one horse!
