“Came in this morning for a simple withdrawal. I was greeted at the door and walked right up to the teller, Yamila. She was fantastic. I'm sure she was just doing her job by asking questions related to my account and the activity, but it felt like she genuinely cared when she told me about my card's upcoming expiration and reminded me to stop in soon to renew it. “I recently had an issue with a mobile deposit. I had called multiple times and was not able to get anyone who could tell me what was going on then they even froze my account what a mess! Luckily at this location they have an amazing banker Kimberly she was so kind and empathetic and she got to the bottom of the issue and went to the source and got it all straightened out.”

“I had to close my joint account because unfortunately my significant other passed away. I had the fortune of working with Hamida during this time. Although it was a lengthy and difficult time and process to close the account, she really had a professionalism and authentic approach to my circumstance. The account couldnt close due to an issue. She had told me she wpuld keep an eye out. And lo and behold, she called me a few weeks later with information. Its rare that someone goes above and beyond. And to me, she did!
I would recommend this bank because of her.

“Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.”
