“I’ve lived here for almost five years, and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. From the neighbors to the manager, owner, and maintenance team, everyone has been great. I love being here with my fur baby the environment is peaceful, welcoming, and truly feels like home. It’s the best pet friendly community I’ve ever experienced! There are always friendly neighbors to chat with when you’re outside, which makes it even nicer.
I really appreciate how much Emiah has transformed this place my visitors always feel comfortable here now. I look forward to continuing to call this my home.”
“The building is well maintained, the management team is responsive, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable.”
“I help manage this property and can honestly safe that the staff works hard every day to keep things running smoothly. It's rewarding to be a part of a community that values quality and service.”
“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger. The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”
“Great place to live great amenities great location close to transportation it awesome how apartments already have washer and dryer fitness center and outdoor fitness center is a bonus”
“Pablo and Guy are the best maintenance guys there are. Anytime there is a problem in my apartment they are quick to get it done. They do an amazing job.
Also Meredith in the office is quick to answer questions and explain things to where anyone can understand it. She is the go to for anything”
“We love Media Station Apartments! We stayed there for 3 years and absolutely loved the location, space, and the level of service that was provided to maintain the shared spaces, parking lots, and whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!”

“I love living in this building, everything is top notch. The management team is so responsive if anything comes up. Super clean, beautiful finishes and a layout that makes work from home doable. The gym has everything you need, plus there are so many gym options within walking distance. Traders Joes and suburban square steps away - a fantastic location. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking.”
“A unique community! People either love it our hate it. I lived here for a year and enjoyed it....and also it was my gateway into buying a small house in the East Falls community, which I would not have discovered if it weren't for these apartments.”

“This 5 stars is specifically for maintenance. The maintenance in this apartment is phenomenal. Kenrick is always so quick with resolving issues while simultaneously being so kind and educating me to for future events. I really appreciate him for all of his work!”
“Nice and quiet place a little on the $$ high side but it’s a good place clean just a little dated but otherwise management helps out if you have an issue just talk to each other and they will listen and help you I been here 5 years I like to stay but the prices r getting high im one person and just retired in May of 24 it’s quiet but should start remodeling a little at a time to each unit but its ok place to
Live I give it a five because of its manageable conditions to it all they r nice people and I thank them they mean well the world got expensive lGodblrss and Good luck and I thank all who had helped me in the past and now on Thank you management. JB and associates to The Office of Personnel. OPM”
“The View has been great so far! The management has been so helpful and the place is super clean. Reasonable price and parking is not bad considering it is the city.”
“The staff is nice, but the tenants leave trash everywhere. There is a cleaning service for the hallways, but it's hard for them to keep up. I emailed the office twice to complain about my downstairs neighbor smoking weed, but never received a response. I will say that the maintenance staff—especially Superintendent Alex—and the property manager are very professional and polite, though.”
“Newbie resident here. My hubby and I moved back to WD after years of full time Florida residency. It was not an easy move to make and delays (on our part) created anxiety. The manager Lilly, the Community Ambassadors Shirley and Ann took it all in turn helped tremendously in smoothing the transition. They were very welcoming when we finally got here. When we met another Community Ambassador, Ben, we knew we found the right place for us. Our few encounters with Jose and Bob,two of the maintenance techs, showed their pride in their upkeep of the complex. We have met several of our fellow residents and all have been helpful and friendly. One issue keeps that 5th star blank but I fully expect to update with that 5th star once we discuss it with Lilly and she addresses it.”
“Mille Cintron was honestly so sweet and patient. I recommend her if you are looking for a apartment. She goes in detail and makes sure everything is set for you.”
“The Reserve at Darley Green offers a serene community with modern amenities, lush landscapes, and stylish homes. Enjoy a vibrant lifestyle with easy access to parks, shopping, and local attractions.”
“I toured a one bedroom apartment with the Property Manager, Colleen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. We loved the key fob entry and updated apartments with hardwood floors. Having an elevator is super helpful as well.”
“My brother and I have been living here for 7 months and we really like the place! The staff is amazing Kathy, Daniel, Moe and Clarence, they are helpful and friendly. We never experienced rude or noisy neighbors. However, two things we don’t like, one is we have to pay every 3 months, and the the other is we saw mice many times in our apartment.”
“Love living here! Staff is super nice and accommodating, and have a great view of the city and campus. Even without a city view room, there's a great balcony on the 11th floor that my roommates and I go up to at night. Also love having a gym in the building”

“My wife and I lived here 25 years so that should speak for itself as to how we love the neighborhood. Most of the bad reviews I've read are obviously disgruntled owners or tenants who have some axe to grind. For the most part, HOA fees are high, but the need of this community requires even more upkeep than owners are willing to pay for. That said managed has in fact done a remarkable job with necessary maintenance & upkeep. I was on the Council several years and I know it's not easy to please everyone. But just drive around the neighborhood and you'll see it is amazing to find such affordable living space in an area where the average houses range around $500,000. Everything you need is close by, excellent schools, and contrary to some comical comments I saw, there is no more quiet place to live (perhaps even TOO quiet at times). By the way, we moved out, yes, but we now live less than a mile away!!”

“Can I just say how much I love the staff at Dobson. I came in for a tour and felt welcomed from the time I walked into the doors. The property manager Ernestine was warm, friendly and showed how much she enjoyed her job and helping people find their next place to call home. She was amazing and felt as if she was a long lost relative. I was also introduced to the rest of the staff who also greeted me warmly. The atmosphere in the office was calming and looked beautiful. I’m waiting for a few things Ernestine said I would need for approval and hopefully make Dobson my next home. Thank you again!”
“Anna was amazing accommodating me she worked with my schedule and she showed me around and answered all my questions! I’m a UPenn student and am so excited for when the gym will get done/ the middle private enclosed space is perfect to do work outside!”
“Love this place for the most part. The downfall to living near a creek are the bugs and the occasional mouse. I’d still recommend as the property is wellmaintained, beautiful greenery and quiet neighborhood.”
“I stayed for 2 years at the canal house. Management and property owner was pretty communicative and the maintenance guy was on property most days so I never went that long without a problem being fixed. Location is what you’re paying for most here, given it’s on Main st. The building
parking lot didn’t have open spots but they allowed me to park at the Venice island parking area for ~$110 a month. Noise was never an issue for me given the buildings age and wall thickness. Air conditioner worked exceptionally well. I really enjoyed my two years here! Bonus was I got my security deposit back in full, I just followed the check out instructions and returned as I got it.”
“They’ve helped with everything when I needed it. The staff makes you feel like family. I just moved out here from Oklahoma and it’s been a really nice place.”
