“I have to say that I was wearing my old black sneakers to work in and my feet was hurting for 2 weeks straight. And my Dentist recommended me to go here and try The Philadelphia Runner store. I have to say they had me stand this foot measuring to get my pressure points for my heel / arch and size. And when I got my shoes in I put them.on on day 1 my feet never hurt again. I am so amazed at the level of customer service and accuracy of the results from the feet diagnostics. You have a customer for life.”

“Incredible experience!! Can’t recommend enough. I’m not a runner, had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about sneakers but needed supportive shoes for nursing school. You would never find expertise the way you do here at a large chain store!! The woman who helped us literally knew everything and it was such an easy process. I also happened to walk in during a midday rush and she was able to manage 3-4 people all at once without skipping a beat which I know must have been a challenge! Shop local it’s worth it!”
“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

I brought a pair of shoes here and after I got home, I had doubts about the fit.I decided to go back to the store to see if I could find something that suited me better. I began searching online and could not believe th prices from some of these places and the limited or no availability of the products, specifically Cat Footware. “OMG! This store is the BEST! KEITH is the Best! Today my daughter had a lacrosse clinic (she's 10) & we couldn't find her face guard, mouth guard & her cleats didn't fit! The clinic started at 9:30 in Springfield. We were at the store at 9:30 & it didnt open til 10....BUT Keith let us in & in record time fitted my daughter with everything & she was on the field by 10 (& not missing a lot). THANK YOU KEITH!”

“Perfect place for fun sexy flashy clothing and shoes. Lots of color and rhinestones and unique designs. The pricing is reasonable and the items that are priced higher(i saw nothing over $50) are definitely worth it quality wise. “Excellent!! The sale person went above and beyond to get my teen fit in the right trainer for his flat, wide, big feet and the shoe just happened to be on sale! We had ordered a back up pair before we went in from the big "A" but returned it & will be returning to Bryn Mawr for cleats and 2nd pair of trainers. If you need help with fit and figuring out which type running shoe you need come here. Also it was highly recommended by son's HS track coaches.”

“I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale.
Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point.
The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers.
Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.”
