“I have to leave a review for Ken Sherman because I have never had such an outstanding customer service experience in my life. I purchased a pair of Johnson and Murphy Creswell loafers from Sherman Brothers. I then stupidly, in an attempt to waterproof them, ruined the shoes by using an oil leather conditioner that stained them a few shades darker. So I called the Sherman Brothers store to see if I could order another pair at a slight discount, and Ken Sherman himself told me he’d take a look at the shoes if I would ship them back. So I did, and less than two weeks later, Ken shipped the shoes back to me, completely fixed. I think he went out of his way to have a leather specialist work on them, and he didn’t even charge me! I feel so grateful and moved by this because you just don’t get this kind of service and attention from most companies anymore. Ken saved mule from having to buy another pair of shoes! Thank you, Ken! I will purchase shoes from you again in the future!”

“If you want something unique Duo shoes is the right place. But be warned it's not cheap! Although some items can be found on the internet at a slightly lower price shopping here may be worth the few extra bucks. Why? The service and instant gratification. The two associates in the store were helpful and offered great assistance. They listen to you to help understand your needs and lead in the right direction. My figure, size and need were all considered when suggestions were made. Of the 4 things I tried on I purchased 2 plus a bag that can be used as a belt or cross body bag. If it's obtainable but you need time, they have 'THE LAYAWAY'...LOL Would I return? Yes”

“Hi! We love Madewell but there is definitely an issue with the dust and cleanliness of the store! It seems like there could be a very easy solution for the several employees working there to quickly vacuum up the hundreds of dust pile-ups throughout the store and especially on the staircase, which detracts from the overall experience of shopping there. Very unfortunate but seemingly an easy fix which I hope can be implemented.”
