“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

“My husband and I needed to have an insurance check authorized. After a mess of incorrect information from another branch and the PNC customer service line, we ended up making an appointment at this branch. Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important. He could certainly learn a little professionalism.”

“I go there once a week sometimes twice a week. The only thing I experience was great service. Keep up the good work I enjoy having a bank in the neighborhood. I think everyone's doing the best. They can try to be a little bit more patient with people. We just came through one of the worst pandemics in our countries history be patient. If you have someone in front of you be patient if you have to walk from a parking Space on the street a little exercise never hurt anyone of us”

“Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.”

“This PNC Bank on Rodi Road was extremely busy this Saturday's but I'm guessing each Saturday with folks taking care of banking needs they can't tend to during the work week. The line was long and slow moving inside only because of someone's specific banking needs. All staff was friendly, patient, helpful and apologetic for the wait.”

“I went to the bank today with two goals, deposit some cash and get a new debit card. Jackie was super nice and happy to help me with my deposit, even though it can be done at an ATM. She then directed me to Jordan (if I remember his name correctly) to get a new debit card. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I had accomplished both my goals. The debit card process was surprisingly easy and I was pleased that I was able to get a card without having to wait for it to come in the mail.”

She took me to her cubicle and handled my transaction, she did this with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then she spent the time to help me get a fee refunded. “The pnc customer service line and the listed services for the 225 fifth Ave branch (not this one) include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I asked if they could do it as they were just standing there and they said no because I need an appointment. So I walked down the street to this 120 fifth Ave branch in the first avenue place building and they can't be more helpful. She was empathetic and listened. The banker at this branch today brightened my day so thanks.”
