The building is clean and the people are extremely nice, thorough, and organized. Before I left they answered any questions I had, and when I was gone they were very responsive to both email and phone call. When I called to check in on my dog, they gave me an extremely detailed update which was greatly appreciated! I not only will continue to use the Mini Manor in the future, but also recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable kennel for their pets!

2865 Tower Hill Rd, SaunderstownMy husband and I are so grateful for the incredible care at Wildlife Clinic of RI! We stumbled upon a badly injured bird this weekend and felt terrible for it. We couldn't just leave it on the street to suffer, and couldn't put it out of its misery ourselves, but had no idea what it needed or how to care for it. Animal Control wasn't available, but referred us here, and we drove the bird down. They were so kind when we got there! And there is even a rescued owl living in the office! I called today, and they let me know the bird is alive, a wonderful sign. The staff are clearly compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to the animals.
I saw a few reviews mentioning euthanasia, but it’s clear the team always acts with kindness and does what’s best for each animal. Sometimes difficult decisions have to be made, and it’s obvious they handle them thoughtfully and with care.
We were so appreciative to have a place to bring the injured bird we found. We honestly don’t know what we would have done or what might have happened to it otherwise. The whole experience was reassuring, heartening, and inspiring. Thank you to everyone at Wildlife Clinic for all that you do!

Tower Hill Rd, SaunderstownOur 16 month old Golden Retriever Luna went to Cyd at Hamilton Hilton for a 2 week board and train recently. She had no control of her crazy high energy. I was truly no to rehome her but thought she had separation anxiety.Cyd thinks it was a problem with over arrousal. After training, Luna is a whole new Pup! Cyd has taught us how to handle Luna to keep her under control of that energy. She’s a dream to walk with in heel for my 4 mile walk each morning. She loves to work on recall off leash, she is doing great! She is very relaxed inside and outside the house. She seems very satisfied to hang loose in our yard while I am gardening, rather than locked in her fenced yard. She is working so well with her E-Collar.I am amazed that just saying the word “settle,” and she lies down and chills inside. We still have more work to keep her settled daytime when we leave her crated during the day, but we see great improvement there too.Luna is a whole new lovable family member that we enjoy spending time with.Thank you Cyd for training and loving our pup, Luna!Heather
