6419 The Home Pl, AwendawThis is a special place where thy really care for your pets while you are away. The couple who owns it are very personable and take genuine pride in the service they provide. They keep the soap brand a secret but my dog smells good for more than a week(sometimes 2) after getting bathed there. I just dropped my dog off for the Thanksgiving weekend and they offered a special meal for the dogs on Thanksgiving day, complete with Turkey, Carrots, stuffing and pie! It’s clear they go the extra mile, highly recommend The Home Place!

5105 US HWY 17N, AwendawWho says you have to sacrifice price for quality of food? While cheaper than typical Charleston mainstays of Melvin's and Home team the bbq and the food overall is tastier and better. Sides are great from potato salad to red rice to my personal favorites Mac and cheese and green beans there isn't a wrong choice on the menu. Staff are friendly nice and accommodating. Brought my family from out of town and we stayed and talked their ears off 45 minutes past closing. I would recommend this place for bbq and the chicken wings which the swamp hot are the best ones I have had in Charleston. Come by and see Natalie and Miesha and I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
