“I'm a first timer at Home Goods and I was surprised by just how much they have here! They have almost everything for decorating your home. My wife and daughter were in their glory! The store was clean and stocked with so much! Some of the aisles were narrow and might be difficult with a wheelchair. It is a home decorators dream store.”
“I had a very good experience with the manger of the Chanel counter! I think her name was Tonya. She was very kind and helpful, I couldn’t find the perfume i was looking for, so she gave me recommendations, and a lot of samples for my grandma, who loved them. Overall, great customer service and lovely attitude :)”

We had a nice conversation while she efficiently processed my transaction. In fact I was so caught up in the conversation I nearly forgot about the coupon I had. While I pulled that up she gave me a rundown on the benefits of the store credit card.”

“Coming from a guy who really doesn't like to shop, I legitimately like going to this Belk's! The layout is very easy to navigate, and they have a large selection of apparel, ranging from Quiksilver to Vineyard Vines. They usually have a lot of great specials, and this is definitely my go-to place to buy khaki pants and shorts. I also like how they have some decent dress clothes, as well as stuff like graphic tees, so you can do most of your clothes shopping in one spot.
I'd highly recommend this Belk's to my fellow brethren who can't stand going clothes shopping for yourself!”
“It’s my favorite store where I can find my favorite perfume. It had been 5 years since Covid I had been usually only buy my perfume on line. But this time I went in person they had good deals I went directly to clearance and found my self some really nice sweaters the lady in the perfume area helped me make the choice which one fit me best. She had great customer service definitely will come back because of her. The only thing I was kind of bummed out was they did not tell me I couldn’t return some shoes because supposedly they had a yellow sticker unfortunately boots didn’t fit me and would of liked at least a credit so I could buy more sweaters. But they said not it on next time I will read the small print about the clearance. Over all thank you for all you do.”

Also, they have the best prices including sales!! There's always a very good sale happening at BELK!! “Walked into this store last week and was stunned. It looked like a brand new store! Everything was so organized and neat. The store was never bad but this was a huge improvement. Talked with one of staff named Janet and she was a delight. I’m not sure if she was in leadership or not but if not, she should be! I have worked in a similar type of store so I know the pay is not much so clearly the staff here is working far harder than the pay reflects.”
