Lance is a dog with black nails, making it difficult to see his quick.I've been to four different veterinarians all because I was looking for a doctor or their tech who would be comfortable clipping my dog's nails.I have been to stores and two different groomers who wouldn't attempt clipping because they didn't want to cause Lance stress or risk cutting his quick.After 2 years, which was disheartening and neglectful on my part of not having anyone comfortable with this task, I was told to try Pup In The Tub.I usually work when they are there, so after many text messages, I took a day off and went in.First, the person answering my MANY texts was extremely polite and kind. Very professional!Upon arriving, I was given a lead as I couldn't locate Lance's. The staff allowed me to bring Lance into their work space and let me lay on the floor to talk to Lance through the process.Mr. Philip put on a back brace and got down on the floor with us. I am sure I was a spectacle as I was holding back tears because of all Mr. Philip did for Lance. Mr. Philip clipped and drumeled Lance's nails and had something near in the event the quick was nipped. The entire process was done in less than 12 minutes. The staff is professional. These people treated my Lance exactly how I do.If you are even slightly considering this place, just save yourself peace of mind and GO!I CANNOT say enough about these people and the entire experience. Lance usually doesn't let anyone touch his feet and will pull away and cry. Lance lay down and was calm the entire time.Thank you to Mr Philip and his staff. All amazing, professional, and kind!

They were amazing, they immediately greeted us and got us set up. Our tech -Megan - was the best and comes highly recommended. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, while also showering my puppy with love. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for this vet and we can’t wait to come back.

7620 Rivers Ave Ste 120B, North CharlestonWe've been going to Banfield for years. The staff has always been nice, but we were extremely impressed with Dr. Langermann and her staff at today's visit. Our dog, Kaiser, can be very skittish, but they worked with us to check him out and keep him as comfortable as possible during our visit. We're so glad to have her there and look forward to having her help us keep Kaiser healthy!

3357 Business Cir, North CharlestonI took my pups - Ashton and Bentley- for their meet and greet today, and was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, and the time spent learning about our pups in the introduction. Charlie offered great tips for continued training of the boys. Additionally, he made sure they would be happy and accepted while there. I really like not having to walk 2 dogs into a lobby especially with other pups coming and going. I’m looking forward to having the boys going consistently. *Edited to add that my most recent experience a staff member was overheard talking negatively about another person’s appearance. I contacted the company for feedback and haven’t heard back. It makes for an unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope the staff can work on not speaking negatively of others so that everyone feels welcome.
