“Every single thing about our loan was on a time crunch…thanks to Taylor, we were able to get our preapproval through minutes prior to the offer deadline on the house we wanted. Our sellers also had a closing deadline that only gave us two weeks, and Taylor helped us with the ongoing paperwork and last minute additional requirements at all hours. She also helped us find the loan with the best possible interest rate as part of a program we weren’t aware existed. Over a month after closing and in spite of our loan being held by a different lender now, she still answers my texts with any questions I have. We greatly appreciate all of the work she and her team put into helping us get the house we wanted!”

“First time visiting this branch of the bank. Needed to take care of some mortgage business within a 24 hours time frame. So I called to see if it could be conducted at the drive-through. Super friendly and helpful phone "teller" (Brian-?) assured me it was possible and gave clear instructions for my arrival at the bank. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was greeted by an equally friendly and helpful teller, Dawn, who repeated the clear and concise instructions for completing my banking business.
