“This Marshalls Cool Springs location is always clean and well organized, and the prices are as cheap or cheaper that at TJ Maxx. I like to shop for beauty and personal care items, as well as things for my home, and I can almost always find what I am looking for. This is a smaller store than the TJ Maxx in Brentwood, but it still manages to carry a great selection of items (they have shoes, beauty, men's and women's clothing, house wares, and some luggage). I always visit this store after 6pm on a weekday, preferably after 7pm, when there are not a lot of people in the store so it is easy to move around and find what you are looking for; checkout is usually quick late in the day, which is another reason I visit after 7pm. I also find this location convenient, since there is a Kroger in the same shopping center, straight across from this store, so it makes a great two-in-one trip when I need groceries.”
“I want to thank Joselyn in the home furnishings department. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and knows her business. She helped me pick out the correct color curtins for my home and the rods. I had to make a return, and she was still pleasant and ordered a different size for me. She also wanted me to show her a picture of the finished product. Where else do you get help like this! She is an asset to JC Penney!”

“We stopped by this T.J. Maxx in Franklin during our little jewelry hunt adventure, and this location did not disappoint. The store was clean, organized, and easy to browse. The jewelry section here was also much larger than what we’re used to seeing back home in San Antonio, which made it even more fun to shop. There were plenty of unique pieces to look through, and everything was displayed nicely so you could actually see what you were buying. It’s always a win when you can walk in and immediately feel like you’ll find something good. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the area.”
“I would like to recognize an employee named Tim for his excellent service today. He was incredibly kind and helpful while assisting me with my payment and resolving a small issue during checkout.
In my experience, Walmart employees are not always this attentive, but Tim truly exceeded my expectations. He was patient, polite, and made the whole process much easier for me.
I also noticed that he treated the other customers in line with the same kindness and respect. It was really nice to see someone who clearly cares about helping people.
Tim deserves recognition for his professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you, Tim, for making my shopping experience much better today.”
