“I went to pick up some flower pots I'd seen online, and even though they were supposedly in stock, they were gone by the time I arrived after my drive from Spring Hill. Despite that, the store is well-kept, and the staff is delightful and incredibly hospitable. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone new to the area or vacationing! “I can't recommend Foot Locker enough. Let me first say I initially stopped at JD Sports, the store was crawling with people, and the floor staff didn't know much except the price of product. I let them know my budget, and I tried on a pair of Nike Air Max and felt like I was walking on an egg carton. Zero intention of purchasing or increasing my budget. I politely told the guy I'd look around and let him know. That's when I went to Foot Locker. The store was empty, minus Datorrien. He took the time to understand my shoe needs, wants, and budget. The first pair he recommended, they didn't have in my size so I tried a half size small - but he also brought a secondary pair in my size of a newer model. The moment I put that shoe on I knew this man understood the assignment. I didn't hesitate to spend an extra $60 over my initial budget due to his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and attention. I ended up walking out with the perfect pair of shoes that fit my needs with zero remorse. I couldn't be happier with the experience - especially in contrast to JD Sport. Foot Locker will be my shoe ride or die moving forward. Loving the 2010V1's! Also someone needs to give Datorrien M. a RAISE.”
“The manager ( I know his name started with an M. If I remember correctly, it was Mike.) was so polite and accommodating. It was clear that he trained his staff to be the same way. I had seen a pair of pants online and called the shop to ask about them. The manager mentioned they were available in the back and offered to set them aside. When I arrived, he suggested I try them on. I'm glad he did, because the sizing ran larger than I had expected. I ultimately ended up trying about 3 different sizes, which required multiple trips to the backroom for the staff, but they were so friendly about the whole thing. Though I felt at times I was inconveniencing them, they teams positive attitude reassured me I wasn't. This trip was one of the few times I have ever felt welcome at any American Eagle.”

I will be coming back to this location specifically because I have never received such wonderful customer service.”
