“Berry Farms is already a nice area, but this might be the cleanest twice daily I’ve ever been in. I noticed that is largely due to the nicest employee Sonya who not only was working diligent to maintain the store, but was doing so when no one else was in there but me. If you’ve ever run a business, it’s easy to notice when someone works hard at there job, especially when no one’s looking. I appreciate that! Will stop here more often on my daily drive because of people like her!”

“Order your specialty coffee and food from the self service kiosk. Never saw a person behind the food counter and had to ask the Shell attendant where to get plain coffee. You dispense your own plain brewed coffee off to the side.
Decent coffee, not heavy in acidity or bitterness. I usually drink my coffee black but it was not good enough to drink plain. Uncertain how long this pot has been sitting out, initial dispense came with grounds that apparently had settled over time.”
“So there is one up the street that is actually closer to my house. However, the service here makes me come back often. Always kind and willing to make you a hot sandwich in the morning. I love their dark roast coffee.”

“Holy cow, I've never had a better experience like this one at Walgreens. I arrived for a passport photo and the crew was working together to find a missing phone for a customer. When I got help, I felt like I was being assisted by an old friend. Timely and accurate service. So happy with my visit.”
“I had drove to Franklin TN Tuesday morning to work a shift at one of my jobs other locations to help, 3 hours away from home, I had used the last bit of my money on gas to come here. I closed the shift at my work and then needed to get more gas, I had transferred the last bit of money from loan liners that I had from my bank to get gas and hopefully something to eat. I had only $9 after I filled my tank up, I grabbed some things and thought I would try my almost maxed out credit card on some of them, which declined.i told the lady to just take some things for the order and I would get only a couple of items, the ones I really needed. The sweetest most kind hearted employee, Dietre (I’m probably butchering her name) was ringing me up and asked if I was planning to get it all. I told her I was going to if my credit cared didn’t decline but I only need the few items and I had the money for it , she said “I got you girl don’t worry”. I declined the help of course because I did not want her to pay for it at all, she then pulled out her personal phone and used her own Apple Pay to pay for my things. I told her she did not understand how much that meant to me and she said I’ve been there before and she gets it and told me to save my $9. She paid $20 for my things out of her own money for me, a stranger. I broke out into a sob leaving because I just felt so incredibly blessed by her. She deserves a raise and recognition for her kind heartedness and service to customers. This was at around 3 AM and most would be tired from the day and not pleasant but she absolutely was pleasant and helpful and so so nice. Just wanted to put it out there that she was amazing and saved me tonight!!!”

This is the first pharmacy I've used that I don't dread calling or going to pick-up because I know they'll be responsive, friendly, and actually wanting to assist. They aren't even the closest pharmacy to me, but it's worth the extra drive. I've been using them for almost a year and it's been consistent the entire time. Highly recommend!”

In particular Bryan is outstanding with helping with our insurance and is so personable along with many other staff. During covid the pharmacist has been so helpful and being able to get vaccines done easily and conveniently is such a bonus! Hanna has been particularly fantastic scheduling and planning shots to keep our community safer.I love the helpful staff at the main counters and the greeting I get each time I walk in.Life can be stressful but I sure appreciate this team that makes my life easier and all the brighter. Owners and Employees are the most friendly people around helping you with anything you may need assistance on. They have great deli options for hunger travelers and great beverage options (both alcoholic and non alcoholic).
If you are lucky enough to stop here make sure you check out their beer cave. It may seem a litttlw small from the outside but once you go inside you’ll see more options than other liquor stores, gas stations and even some grocery stores may offer.
This store is the clear example of “don’t believe everything from the outside.””
