“I work 2 doors down from them and occasionally cart some wheels and tires over to them to get mounted and balanced, these tend to be nice and expensive aftermarket wheels, sometimes with stretched tires. They work fast and they are careful and respectful with them everytime, from one small business to another I really appreciate what they do.”
“I was happy with my service today. I decided to look through the shop’s reviews like I do to every shop, and I realized people had some positive experiences as much as I did. Trevor was quick to deliver the salient points about what to do with my car battery(my battery usually runs quickly). He also tested my battery which turned out to be fine. But boy, these modern electrical cars are so unpredictable .? He asserted that there was a parasitic draw that drains the battery and advised I use a wrench to release the positive terminal whenever I do not intend to drive the car for sometime as temporary solution(I was only there to get a little overview of what’s happening). Second advice, do not completely close your bonnet as you might have hard access when your key fob doesn’t work. Thirdly, when tightening the bolts back to not overdo it else it will damage the components of the positive terminal. Fourth advice is you do not need to remove the negative terminal as well. Only remove the negative terminal when you want to replace the battery. I am saying all this for any fellow newbie who needs some car knowledge. As a new inexperienced driver, he also taught me how to remove the bolts with the wrench. I was able to do that immediately I got home. Thanks Trevor?”

“I drive for a local LTL company in Knoxville. We go here regularly for deliveries and pickups. The staff have always been quick to get you taken care of whether it is unloading or loading. They do close for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm each day so you just need to keep this in mind when doing your route. If possible just work around the freight and come by before or after this period and you won’t have any troubles. They do a great job of labeling the freight and have all the proper paperwork ready to go. They remind you if you need placards for the shipment or not which is very helpful sometimes when you are in a hurry to get to the next stop. I’ve asked them move a piece of freight for me that was my next delivery that I needed moved to the back of the trailer because I was unable to move it myself with my pallet jack either due to size or weight. They never hesitate to help me out with stuff like this which makes them a great business to be at when you need a little help. Not all businesses are as eager to help you if it is not their freight and some will refuse to touch it at all. If it weren’t for businesses like Industrial Battery that are willing to help drivers out from time to time when we need it we would not be able to do our jobs as efficiently as we possibly can.”

“I had a dead battery across the street and the store manager Kevin was extremely kind. He even walked me over to my car to jump my battery. With no pressure he said if you ever need any help or what not go shop around for batteries and I'll be here if you need me. 30 minutes later I decided that he was the best customer service and he was thorough and got me on the road again. He is a lifesaver and I'm very grateful for him.”
