But now I'm with the credit union more than 2 years I do like it. The customer service is very good. And now over two years later I am a happy member. “After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!”

“I have to say this was an amazing experience. My wife, 2 year old daughter, 15 month old son and I rolled into this branch about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close on a Saturday. We had an appointment to payoff our auto loan but I asked if they would mind opening our children savings accounts. Stella Aujere and Esmeralda Olmos didn't skip a beat. They said of course they would and then spent the next hour or so staying late and working with us to get everything all tied up. In the end we paid our auto loan, opened two accounts for the kids and expanded our current account to be more comprehensive. They were not only accommodating but went well above and beyond staying so late and entertaining our children. It's experiences like this that makes banking with their credit union so rewarding. Out of all the times we've gone to the \\\"big banks\\\" we've never had such a personalized and caring experience!”
