“Check in easy, car clean, Camrin patiently explained how basic functions on the car worked and answered all my questions. As I prepared to return the car, I saw a chip on paint which caused me stress. When I reported it at time of return, Camrin calmly explained and showed proof in Enterprise records that this was minor pre-existing damage that would not trigger extra charges.”
“We rented from Avis over the busy 4th of July week, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we reserved. Despite the holiday rush, the staff remained friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They clearly explained all charges up front, and there were no surprises or unexpected fees. Every question we had was answered with patience and clarity. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from Avis again!”
“I like Michael's approach with detecting other problems and offering so solve them for a reasonable price. I'm sure that after the service made car systems which were treated won't be a problem for a long period of time. For example when I changed exhaust Michael detected the actual problem with a motor mount which was caused my flex pipe to break. That was a step behind regular service. Nice work!”

“I rented through Costco which have me multiple options for location. I choose the McKinney, Texas branch. The young men were professional and welcoming. Also the convenience and savings to rent locally vs. the airport made this rental even better. I had a question regarding a pending charge that was addressed by the branch manager almost immediately. I highly recommend Enterprise and specifically this location.”

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”

But the rear end has bad vibrations proceeding over 65 mph it felt like a tire wanted to blow are the rear-end go out. The car was a new Nissan Sentra

“Literally in and out. Customer service here is always great! The other Toyota I attend for service sometimes wash my car for free BUT customer service is in the trash. I rather get great customer rather a free car wash. AND now this location does free car washes. They send you a link for a car wash company to go to. So at this point this maybe the only Toyota I get my car serviced at!!! 10/10! Genuine review!”

“My experience with Enterprise happened via my insurance company, Progressive who offered me rental due to an incident. I must tell you that the enterprise team I dealt with was simply the best when it comes to professional behavior, customer-centricity and timely processes. The car was neat and well-maintained. During the return they offered to pick up the car from a car dealer premise where I had to leave the rental car as I took a new car from this dealer. Excellent co-operation, super understanding of situation and very agile, humble workforce, professional service and excellent cars - That's to me Enterprise Rent-A-Car! “This Enterprise has employees. They are available to answer the phone and help you get a reservation scheduled. I had a rental through insurance due to a wreck. Whole process took me less than 10 minutes and they even picked me up later that afternoon. This was the THIRD location I called. spent about an hour and twenty minutes with the other two and couldn't ( or wouldn't) help me.
I appreciate the employees help at this location! Thank you”
“The staff behavior was friendly and professional. I got the great deal with Costco Travel and glad that bought toll package to drive worry free as Texas has lots of Tolls which some are really good and worth it.
Also they had a RAV4 Hybrid which was gas Saver and solid car 2025, Yes Toyota is not comfy or luxury but Practical and reliable.
Overall recommend and will get it coming to Dallas again.”

“Cody, a Customer Service Representative, the male station manager, and the lady general manager (my sincere apologies for not obtaining their names or business cards) at the Hertz Plano Local Edition on US 75/Spring Creek Parkway delivered an outstanding experience during my three-week Ford Explorer rental.
My partner Jeff and I, recently returned to McKinney after a 16-year assignment in Australia, needed a dependable vehicle to transport moving boxes.
This trio of Hertz professionals provided service marked by exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and genuine warmth, far surpassing other rental experiences in the DFW area.
The Explorer required an oil change before the system would approve the rental, resulting in a 60-80 minute wait while the vehicle was serviced.
This provided an opportunity to engage in pleasant conversation with Cody, the station manager, and the general manager while completing the rental paperwork.

“I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office! My mother couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service as well as his I guess bed-side manner he is now our go to person moving forward for any transportation needs for my brother.”
