“Love this USPS location, because of Morein! She is always so kind, courteous, quick and personable. My two year old son often requests we visit Morein, and toddlers don’t just like anyone. Please give this woman a raise and fix the air conditioning! She is a prized employee and should be treated as such.”

“I absolutely love this post office. It's been my local place for 20 years. Sure, sometimes there's a hiccup, but the overall positive attitude and professionalism is great. They used to be able to play music, which made the whole experience better, but things have become more sterile and less fun. Still they keep a good attitude and I appreciate it.”

“My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.
The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).
Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!”

“I went to this USPS location to mail important documents and want to mail at $11 rate to ensure it is delivered and I need another stamp to mail back. The staff are friendly and find another flat envelope to ensure everything goes well.”
“They weren't particularly friendly, but with that said, they were very knowledgeable and efficient! And for that, they get four stars.
Additional note: it's not much to look at. As a matter of fact it's about the ugliest post office I've ever seen! LoL but it gets the job done.

“I had the pleasure of working with Mr Patel on fixing multiple shipping issues I had. Not only did he fix and resolve the 4 issues I came in with (all caused by my errors), he also fixed other errors for me in my previous parcel deliveries in under 15 minutes. Not only did all 6 parcel issues get resolved, he also explained to me with the patience of a saint how the error happened and how I can prevent/fix it next time. He was very polite and kind even when I got confused multiple times and he was gracious about explaining it until I understood it. The whole interaction took less than 20 minutes and he resolved every single issue that most other shipping store would take hours to resolve. Very appreciative of his patience and him going above and beyond to help me. I was honestly expecting the process to be a lot more painful and frustrating so I’m be try glad the team at this location is very knowledgable, patient, and kind. I appreciate Mr Patel for his help.”
