During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Kevin (or at least that’s the name on the receipt). He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier, and I left the store feeling truly grateful for the assistance I received.
Great customer service is rare these days, and Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. I hope you’ll pass along my appreciation to him and recognize the great work he’s doing.

“I brought in an older car (1996) with an automated radio antenna that wouldn't retract, meaning I couldn't run it through a car wash. The General Manager, Kyle, spent an hour of his time accessing the mechanism and researching replacement options. It turns out that replacement parts are no longer available because of the car's age. I tried some junk yard sites without success. I brought the car back and told Kyle I could do without the radio but still wanted the antenna down, meaning an ability to visit the local car wash. The Caliber Collision crew managed to disconnect the antenna system and wiring, allowing retraction.
All told, Kyle and his people spent over 2 hours on my old car - total charge; $0.00. They are good people and do good work.”

“UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“I called ahead to ask if they can check my battery and the kindest person shared the steps and asked me request him by name. I came to the store so confused and stressed because my car was not operating smoothly. Lee-Andre not only took the time to run a battery and alternator test but also provided some additional clues as to what might cause my car to have malfunctioned. He was at the end of his shift when I arrived and stayed with me until my car cooled down enough to drive safely to my preferred dealer up the street. He went above and beyond my expectations and I left less stressed and clear about how I should proceed. I wish I received service like this more often. Good job, on your hiring!”

“I had made an appointment at Walmart and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment and told me I would have to wait over an hour for a 5 minute job. I was frustrated and angry. I had an appointment to get to and I needed a new battery. We went to O'Reilly's and Wil the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! So kind. Let's be honest, sometimes men can be a bit condescending to middle aged women. He was great! He replaced it for me and explained why we needed the battery recommended. My terminals were looking bad. Again, he showed me the concern and explained he would do his best to change the battery without breaking it. He did great! I would give his service a 12 out of 10. Thank you Will for taking care of my problem quickly and professionally and treating me with respect. ?”

“This Napa and the crew inside really went above and beyond for me. Not only did they answer the phone on the first ring, they sprung into action quickly. I am a truck driver, my alternator was going bad and I needed one immediately. I could not move from my spot. So I called and told them I’d be walking from the truck stop to go get the part. Shane, thank you brother! Shane came with the part and we made sure it was the right one! He then drove me to the store to pay for it and he even brought me back, without hesitation and without asking! Talk about service. If I’m ever in need of something and I am in the area I know I will be calling this specific family owned store before anyone else.
