“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service I received from Lakeeta at Battery Plus on Grand Parkway.

Life has been throwing me a few challenges lately, and my personal vehicle is currently out of service, so I’ve been driving my husband’s car to get to work. This morning, I stopped for gas, and when I tried to leave, the car wouldn’t recognize the key fob because the keyless entry battery had died, leaving me stranded.

I called Battery Plus, and Lakeeta confirmed that the key fob battery was still under warranty. Instead of simply telling me to come into the store, she went above and beyond. She got in her own vehicle, brought the replacement battery to where I was stranded, and replaced it on the spot. Within minutes, I was back on the road.

Because of her kindness, I made it to work on time and continue with my day. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares enough to go the extra mile, and Lakeeta did exactly that.

I had a issue that forced me to sleep in my car overnight. This was the closest location to me at the time. I was possibly the first customer of the day. The moment i walked thru the door, i felt relief. The staff or team were very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Qualities that are very rare now a days. I wish these guys worked at the O'Reilly near me. ( not that my local store has any issues.)
I stopped going to Autozone 3 years ago and have not regretted that decision once!
