“A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)”

“I came in with a battery/alternator issue and they found that it was just a bad battery. Another guy helped me test the alternator & battery and then Noe helped me change it out as well even though it wasn't easy to change out. Great customer service and they also helped me with some tools. This is why I always go to O'Reilly's. Thank you!!”

“To start with the store was fairly busy when I walked in but that didn’t stop one of the counter guys from opening the door for me (I was carrying a battery in for testing) and he put the battery on the counter and said he would be right with me. The counter person efficiently took care of his customers and got to me quickly. The battery was definitely bad so he and the manager discussed options for replacing the battery. The battery was just out of warranty but they came up with what I thought was a totally fair option for replacing the battery. There is a O’Reilly store closer to where I live but I’m going to be taking my business to this store because of how these guys treated me and the other customers in the store. Just to give you my background I have worked in the automotive business just over 45 years (both in racing and high end dealerships). Thank you to Mr K and Justin for doing an excellent job.”
