I had an appointment to get to and I needed a new battery. We went to O'Reilly's and Wil the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! So kind. Let's be honest, sometimes men can be a bit condescending to middle aged women. He was great! He replaced it for me and explained why we needed the battery recommended. My terminals were looking bad. Again, he showed me the concern and explained he would do his best to change the battery without breaking it. He did great! I would give his service a 12 out of 10. “This is an awesome location because of their amazing staff!
I had a issue that forced me to sleep in my car overnight. This was the closest location to me at the time. I was possibly the first customer of the day. The moment i walked thru the door, i felt relief. The staff or team were very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Qualities that are very rare now a days. I wish these guys worked at the O'Reilly near me. ( not that my local store has any issues.)
I stopped going to Autozone 3 years ago and have not regretted that decision once!
O'Reilly always has helpful staff and more parts inventory and specialty tools. And the service is amazing!
