“In a span of 22 years, of all the various Post Office locations I’ve been to in San Antonio, this one on Broadway 78209 stands out in customer service. Even when the customer line gets long the clerks, to be specific David and Marco, who I personally find excel in their service, are professional, efficient, always very polite and kind (a rare service quality to be found at the USPS customer locations), giving each customer -regardless of their ethnicity and/or language barrier- a respectful and professional assistance and treatment. Unquestionably my favorite location in this city.”
“I can’t share what a weight that has been lifted! Esme was communicative & punctual! She came in & helped my daughter get her room back organized and helped her create systems. I don’t know how she did it I thought she’d run when she went in there ??. But she had a plan & executed on sight! I will definitely use her expertise in the future”

“This post office isn't the closest to my house, but I come here because the service is always good. Even when the staff is super busy (like today), they're very helpful & I appreciate them for that.”
“This USPS location is really all over the place, the staff are extremely friendly and the most helpful employees, however the wait times are awful. The self-service machine is almost always down or broken so if you want a receipt or wish to print a label you need to stand in line. Go in the middle of the day if you don’t want to wait long amounts of time. USPS also works with UPS sometimes and does not update the new tracking number so watch out for an updated tracking number!”
“Building was a little tricky to find but then I noticed Post Office on the upper corner of building, Building 220! No lines, no issues, and a hidden gem on base. Post Office clerk was helpful and professional.”
“I'm not sure why this location is rated low. It took a minute or two for someone to come up to the desk but they apologized (which I was fine with anyway).
The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and efficient. Helped me quickly figure which shipping option worked best for me and that's it.”
“I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

Hang out in here for more than a couple of minutes & you’ll realize Jose is the man that everyone comes to when they don’t know something. Idk about the rest of this place but you can tell Jose is a work horse & a good dude. Love to buy you a beer sometime man!”

She spot me Stick the wrong label on the envelope and just save my day for the important documents. They also open on Saturdays. Thank you for keeping helpfulness and cheerful staff that don't kick me out or nasty about anything. Love my post office”

“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”
“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! Postal workers deserve our respect. So don't forget to say 'hi' once in a while to your local postal carrier.”
“I went to this location today to mail my Christmas packages. Mary welcomed me with a friendly greeting. I had 4 packages and Mary was professional and very thorough. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Mary for bringing some Christmas cheer.”
“Surprised by the low ratings as I've have great experience with this post office. If I have a delivery issue and need to contact USPS support, the support team sends this office my message and I always receive calls the next day. My issues are always resolved. I've never had any issues with in person visits either. I'm very pleased and satisfied with this post office.”
“I just want to say how grateful I am for the kindness and support I received at the post office today (maybe a 10-20 minute encounter). I was in such a stressful situation because I urgently needed my mail (we moved on the 1st of August)I needed bills, school stuff for my sons, car registration stuff, replacement ID and inside could be something as important and emotional as necklaces and a tiny custom urn w/ mom’s ashes I purchased several weeks ago.
Carlos and Brittany went above and beyond to help me, they literally have me in tears as I write this. They were patient, understanding, and truly compassionate in a moment when I needed it most. With how divided and hateful our country can be, they reminded me that kindness is free and there are way more amazing compassionate people, than bad ones! I am so thankful that they took time out to research my issue ( THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE THESE EXTRA STEPS W/ me) and Brittany even contacted the carrier that delivers my mail in the mailbox (asking them to bring my mail in so I can pick it up tmrw on a SATURDAY & a holiday weekend!).
I am floored at the level of kindness they showed me today ?!Their effort and care meant so much to me, and I can’t thank them enough. People like them make all the difference, we need more people like you two in these extremely important government positions/roles. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!

“I recently had a great experience at the Live Oak Post Office on Landmark Dr. I was helped by Alacelia (spelling?) She helped my wife and I with our mailbox keys. I had left them hanging in my mailbox and she took it upon herself to ask the Postal Carrier that next day. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my keys. But she did take my phone # down and contacted me to let me know she had held my mail and I could come pick it up. She was very professional and courteous. She should be commended for her customer service. I’ve never had a problem with the Live Oak Post Office on Landmark Dr. I have lived here since 2007. Well done Live Oak Post Office.”
