“My post office is at lackland and Randolph Air Force Base it's always a pleasure they always go out their way to make sure that us military connect active reserve retired dependents etc are taken care of I've never had a moment when I wasn't taking care of or they don't take the time to listen to what your needs are. I can only say good things about lackland and Randolph Air Force Base Post office and personnel. 👍🤙”
“When it comes to USPS offices, this is as close as it gets to good service and cleanliness. 'Ive been in offices all over the US for various reasons. This is certainly one of the better locations.”
“I like that this location has a self service kiosk and I can mail packages almost anytime. The drop box is kinda messed up, needs to be fixed or lubricated! Hard to move.”

“Desiree went above and beyond locating a package of mine that my apartment’s leasing center refused to be allowed to be delivered as it was too large to fit in the mail box. She was helpful in a time of panic and frustration with the situation. Only things I’d recommend to other customers is being mindful this is a busy office and hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone and hours vary which has caused some confusion in the past, so plan accordingly and don’t expect anything to be resolved last minute(which can be difficult with a work schedule) Otherwise, helpful staff and convenient location”

“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”

“I seem to be getting all my mail. And the tellers are always courteous when I talk to them. They have limited hours so it's difficult to pick up mail from my box. They don't have any hours on the weekends.”
“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! Postal workers deserve our respect. So don't forget to say 'hi' once in a while to your local postal carrier.”

“Lina Castro at the Converse Post Office went absolutely above and beyond to help me when my paycheck was accidentally sent to a former address. She personally contacted the carrier, stopped the delivery, had my paycheck brought back to the post office, and even stayed late so I could come pick it up. She called me after hours to let me know it was safe because she didn’t want me worrying.
Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine care meant more than she probably realizes. Her actions literally saved my family during an extremely difficult financial situation. Lina is a perfect example of the kind of employee and human being you hope to encounter. She truly went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for her.”
