“I’ve consistently had a very good experience here, and have found the employees to be courteous and professional. Once there was a snafu with an overseas package not being delivered to me due to an incorrectly written address. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the workers at this USPS location quickly tracked down my package and delivered it to me later that same day. I really appreciated that. On another occasion, they took care in hand processing my wedding invitations, all of which ended up being delivered without issue. Thanks USPS! :)”

She was very courteous, helpful and professional about voter registration information where I could not figure out. She was able to help me with Voter registration number, precinct and school district number. She was able to help with all the information I needed and I was able to send my mail! Thank you for all you do USPS!”
“I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.”

I forgot a certain form and I forgot to copy the back of my DL, but she was so kind to take care of that for me. Highly recommend making an appt here for your passport needs — especially if it’s with Brandi!”

“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”

They said it could take two weeks to get a new one. Enrique Quezada, the mail carrier, took my problem into his hands. After two days, he delivered three mailbox keys to my door

The seals for the box I purchased were not sticking so I asked “if She could add more tape?” Her response … “ in a rude tone was No! You’ll have to purchase more tape!”
I have read that the USPO is operating in the red…. However you need better help!

I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. Just remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”

“This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.”
“Love this little post office! The woman here always waits on me and she is always so pleasant and friendly. The only thing is that they no longer accept credit cards. They only take cash. You can send off mail and packages and buy stamps. Happily, I live nearby and so, for me, this is very convenient :-)”
