We have stopped in about 3 times over 8 months and she is over the top helpful . Our first day in to sign up has stayed with us because of Brandon . He listened to our needs was clear , knowledgeable and walked us through to set us up . I LITERALLY try to think of folks who might need storage so to send them to this stellar team of folks who run Las Colinas Self storage like a family . “It's actually a lot better than previous months. It seems like the rat problem is under control now and our stuff has yet to be damaged by the pest. The gate sometimes struggles to open with the app, the dollies are rarely around and apparently keep getting stolen according to staff members. Way less trash around now as well. Parking can be difficult though.”

“Being only the second Public Storage employee I have ever interacted with ever in life, the scope of my expert opinion may have some minor limitations. Neverthelest, I can state with great confidence that Tanya is quite possibly the greatest Public Storage employee alive. Arguably the greatest who ever lived. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick on her feet. 6 stars.
