What should've been a straightforward swap turned into a real challenge when several screws were stripped and couldn't be turned the normal way. Instead of turning me away or risking damage, Rashaan found an alternative approach and worked through it with incredible patience and precision. It was a tedious process that took significantly longer than expected, but he stayed focused and careful the entire time, never cutting corners. On top of being genuinely skilled, he was friendly and personable throughout. You can tell he actually takes pride in his work.”

“Long story short. Yesterday, one of my machines went down, and the replacement part was several hundred dollars with a few weeks delivery. So after speaking with a sales rep here at Ace. He took a look at the circuit board and noticed all of the components looked really good and noted there are no visual signs of any blow components.
He offered an alternative suggest in replacing the fuse on the board which fixed the issue saving me several hundred dollars and invaluable down time.

“I came in looking to buy some stuff to clean my car. The older guy behind the counter walked me to the isle and showed me exactly what to get. He also showed me what they had on closeout, what a bargain! I ended up picking up a bucket, dirt trap thing, and a car cleaning kit with all the essentials.

“I called today and spoke to Jason about a battery, he said the notes in the computer said they couldn't change the battery but come In so I can look at it. When I walked in the door he knew it was me and gave me a kind greeting & said let's give it a look, he tugged and tugged and said jokingly I can't do it and then laughed and said just kidding. Jason checked my battery to make sure that was my problem, he went completely above and beyond to help me. There's not many I've come across in this day and age that genuinely wants to help people. Please give him a raise and promotion. Jason should be the one traveling around training your other employees in customer service and kindness. Thanks again Jason and you will be seeing me again.?❤️??”

“I don’t remember this young man. He went above and beyond my expectations for help with my wipers blades replacement. I tried for hours to replace the wipers blades on my 2018 Ford Explorer I had bought from Walmart but couldn’t get them on. So I took them back to Walmart for my money back. The I went to this O’Reilly on 1960 and Veteran Memorial for getting my wiper blades . I f I could give this store a higher rating.
Job well done for this parts man.”

“This store has some of the best employees I have encountered in Houston. Today I went to this location to get some parts and both employees were very helpful. I noticed the store was very clean and well stocked with merchandise which I love to see the store organized. Heraldo was helpful getting my parts meanwhile Fernada was helping me with my business account. This is exactly how teamwork makes the dream work. I frequently visit parts stores and have had some really poor experiences in the past with other locations but this one is quick , fast & friendly. I did take the time to read the other reviews which there are a few 1 star reviews. However after reading them the person wasn't communicating well through text so I can only imagine how they acted over the phone. I doubt it was a legitimate complaint. I know what I experienced today & I'm sure glad that I went to this location. If your in the area stop in and see for yourself. I appreciate the service. I just thought their boss might want to know they did an excellent job of representing O'Reilly.”
