“From start to finish every single employee in this location helped me. We had a quick turnaround needed and this seems just alone. Took my dress that had many many layers and had it ready for my second fitting the next day. Not that I plan to get married again but it's definitely a place I would recommend anyone going.”

“There were quite a few employees there. So even though there were a number of customers, I was helped within a couple of minutes. Spencer did a fantastic job using the technology and tools they have and explaining them to me. He also did a great job picking shoes that I liked, and that fit well. He did not do any kind of a hard sale on me. He offered to have me try insoles because I have a very hard arch. I tried them and loved them. Will definitely go back again and recommend this location to my friends. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to Nothin’ Bundt Cakes!! My shoes to exercise followed by delicious Bundt cakes. ???”

“On September 28th, my mother and I visited the store to learn more about finding the right shoes for working out. We had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who was absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours in the store, each trying on four different styles. Dylan was incredibly patient and conducted a foot scan for both of us, educating us about the importance of proper fit for comfort, balance, and alignment during exercise. Since I’m new to working out and proper shoe fitting, Dylan took his time with both my mother and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. I will definitely recommend this store and Dylan to anyone on their fitness journey.”

“We experienced a death in the family and needed a suit quickly for my wife's father. After experiencing "take a number" upon walking into a nearby competitor, we came into ISW and were immediately greeted by Mo who (along with his manager Ben) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were also very flexible and helpful with our needs with getting sizing, and getting the right suit for our loved one. It was a very positive experience and bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time, and for that we are thankful. We cannot recommend this place enough.”
“Store associate Danny was very helpful in making sure we picked the right fit. He is patient, listens to your concerns and makes appropriate suggestions. This store has a good selection of shoes and we ended buying 4 pairs for our family. The associates spend a good amount of time with each customer and offer great suggestions. Based on the pressure points and measurement, I was surprised with the shoes suggested by Danny. I would have never picked those shoes but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortably they fit. I strongly recommend this store over a typical box store or any other shoe store. This is one of a kind personalized shopping experience.”

“Went in to get my wife a new set as she has had 1 pair for far too long always sacrificing her needs for others I was greeted by kiwi as soon as I walked in. I wasn't ready as I was waiting for size confirmation. So as I waited watching kiwi and her customer service was awesome and when it was my turn she didn't disappoint. When she asked how tall my wife was to visually fit her perfectly without her there was great. I had a great experience in there with her and will be back for more scrubs in the future.”

“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”
“Bought a pair of boots from here about 9 months ago. I had an issue with the inside of the upper on my boots getting messed up. I took them in, and they gladly replaced the pair for me and even took care of the price increase from when I bought them. Great customer service, and Carson was more than happy to give some helpful advice on picking out a jacket while I was there. Thank you to Carson and the manager that helped take care of me.”

“Shops have been closing left and right at the Willowbend mall, but I'm relieved that my favorite store, JJill, is still going strong. They have great petite selection that you can try on, and if you can't find your size in the store, they will order it to be delivered to your home or to the store. I rarely pay full price here - only when I see a to-die-for piece- and browse the sale section often. They have classic, simple, and well-made clothes that last many years. While the initial oop price is high, I think they are worth the money. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Tip: if you are over 40 and need some killer jeans, check this place out! I absolutely love their authentic fit jeans.”
