“I took my daughter here for her 11th birthday and we really enjoyed it. Very modern and clean room, the employees were nice, good solid breakfast, and we also liked the pool. The only thing I wish they had that they didn't was a hot tub, but it was still a great experience.”

“For a newer property I was surprised by how dirty our room was. Footprints from boots, not kept up, and the AC return (not pictured ugh) was filthy. Their pool was also closed and we were promised a few different times for it to open and it never happened. Breakfast was decent, and the staff especially the gal checking us in, was friendly.”
“We were there for the Lubbock Book Festival. A beautiful banquet hall. Always saw hotel staff working to keep the space clean and tidy. A wonderful experience. Thank you.”

“Dog friendly. Small pet fee, nothing exorbitant. Large rooms and very quiet. Check in process was easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Located off the highway so easy to get in and out of. Close to Walmart and restaurants.”

“I booked this hotel for my uncle's and myself.
I was extremely irritated when I got there so I was slightly snippy. However, their customer service was so good and patient with me that I had to check myself.
They charge extra to check in early and extra for upgraded room. No complaints as it seemed standard.
Early morning, I would hear loud noises when the housekeepers were passing the carts. But they were nice otherwise.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Only 15 minutes from airport.”

“The rooms were clean they are a bit outdated and you can tell but the housekeeping was super nice she said her name was Mamie she did give me a nice gesture and super positive.The only thing I would say is they don’t have breakfast but it’s okay not too far from a McDonald’s.”

“When I called to make a reservation Kevin was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know to check in for our trip.
When we 1st got to our room we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working. We went to the office n talked to Stephanie she came to look at it n it wasn't cold. Stephanie went to call her manager n talked to them. After she talked to the manager she called the room phone n told us what the manager said. They moved us to another room.
Kevin was very nice and friendly when we checked out. He also asked how our stay was.
Food and drinks: It was a nice central area for everywhere we went”

“Longer stay than I originally planned. The management here is absolutely amazing and so is all of the staff. They are kind, and professional, they always go above and beyond for anyone staying here. The rooms are cozy, up to date and for being a pet friendly hotel, you would never guess with how clean it stays. There is a large field to run your dog, a very calm street to walk, plenty of parking, and conveniently located to tech campus, the mall, cabelas, Starbucks, target, restaurants and so many other things. I highly recommend this place, I promise you won’t beat the price or quality.”

“Nice location. Employees were great but the bath such as the commode was not comfortable height and the seat of plastic that sticks to you and about to fall off partially broken was not a good thing. The carpets are in need of cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Seemed to have a high humidity problem in the room, wonder if the pool inside the hotel is in need of venting the pool moisture outside. Very nice and helpful Employees. They just have a few issues to address and would be a quiet , nice and comfortable hotel. Such great employees helped make the stay. The lady doing the breakfast was incredibly great. She made our stay. Hampton has a great reputation . This Hampton needs just some tweaking and it will be up to Hilton standards. Your people there are to be praised for doing their best for giving the best effort just a few upgrades on carpet cleaning and humidity and bath fixtures problems and you will be on the way of being toward the Hilton excellence. Thank you for the quiet restful atmosphere. Just need that step or 2 to be that Hilton we all love and appreciate. Thank you Hampton Inn of Lubbock.”

“December 2023-passing through Lubbock and decided at the last minute to spend the night. An excellent deal of 74.00 on Expedia. Check-in was smooth and the lady was courteous and very helpful. There are restaurants (Salt Grass, Taco, Starbucks place & others) (Target , Ross Burlington) and shopping center 1/2 mile away. Main Event fun plex is behind the hotel. Great location! The lobby and room was clean and comfortable. The linens are soft. Plenty of hot water. Shower pressure was medium and fan in bathroom did not work. Heater worked well in the room and easily adjustable with the wall thermostat. The furniture appeared to be new. Pulled off linen’s before using and bed checked out clean. Large room. The amenities were full sized Dove soap’s & shampoo. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend”

“This review is about the bar, Koko Inn, not the hotelWith the most unlikely entrance, we found the Koko Inn to be an outstanding example of a wonderful Texas Honky Tonk. The band played a huge range of old and new, mostly country with a little rock and roll. Lotts of dancing and lots of laughs, great drink prices.We are not used to smoky bars, but found a fan we could sit next to and it wasn't too bad. There is no food, though, which would have made it easier to drink more. We will return, for sure.”

“Little odd rented us room upstairs which were not very safe especially carrying luggage but after handing us key told us no guest...this was techs graduation weekend I'm sure most hotel rooms had guest family and friends that weekend. We can only assume we were at a low class motel”

“Pleasantly surprised with my stay while traveling through Lubbock in December 2021. The property doesn't look like the typical Sleep Inn (it's either fairly new/ built within the last few years, or a former property purchased by Sleep Inn). My top floor king bed suite was remarkably comfortable, and the desk area in front of the bed was spacious. The walls did not appear to be paper thin, in that I couldn't hear anything at all despite the property being at 100% occupancy. Conveniently located by the Loop, which is a big deal. While I didn't get the opportunity to stay for breakfast, this property is on my list to try again upon my return to Lubbock.”

“The customer service is top notch! They are so kind and thoughtful! The check-in process was smooth & seamless. We were given welcome waters, a snack and a wonderful welcome note from management. I love how they appreciate their IHG members.
Their attention to detail certainly did not go unrecognized... from the customer service to the Gorgeous room! I stay at a Lot of hotels, as well as manage one back home, and I am VERY impressed with this Staybridge Suites. This is exactly where we will be choosing to stay for every future visit to the Lubbock University area. They truly made our weekend. My family and I had a very long day today, and I'm looking forward to a cozy slumber tonight :)

Woke up the next morning to a hearty & plentiful breakfast buffet! They had a build your own parfait station, waffles, sausages, eggs, breakfast corn dogs- and my husband was happy to see that they even had a soda fountain with Dr. Pepper along with the juice fountain :)”
“This is a great place for the price nice and quiet and nice the place is a little older but still very well kept way better than the other options at the same price point I've never had the breakfast but it looks good and clean
Safety: Very safe and quiet unlike some of the other hotels and mainly the motel that close”

“The rooms seem to look a bit better than the competition next door. M6. But lampshades are dirty and stained, clothes rack is coming off the wall, holes in the bathroom wall, and the TV channels are not clear. However there was a bathroom mat which made showering easier. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were firm. This room I'm in is a smoking room so I don't expect it to be perfect. You do get what you pay for. I have enjoyed my time there.
Walkability: There are a few convenient stores with in walking distance. About 30 min for the furthest one round trip.”

“The Cotton Court has to be one of favorites! The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, great shower, and they have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The courtyard area is an amazing space to relax or enjoy family time. The restaurant and bar are also 5 star service. The front desk and staff could not have been nicer!!”
